Had the background of first step management (customer supervisor, letter carrier supervisor, etc) and all levels management been checked? Are they really well educated? How about of their profiles? Do the usps have the right persons leading each post office? Lately they are doing too many changes and all of them are to put more stress and pressure to the employees. Whoever is having the final decision definitely does not think in the consequences. So, please Mr. President start practicing HUMAN RIGHTS here at usps. Don' t let die more people.
