DONALD TRUMP: HOW TO TURN GROSS INCOMPETENCE INTO A POLITICAL ASSET
.
The advantage that Donald Trump has over the rest of us is that he has the mentality of a reckless 8-year-old, so by his very nature he’s prone to engaging in behavior that’s so unbelievably childish and foolhardy that the obvious goes completely unrecognized by most mature and clear-thinking adults. This is undoubtedly the case with his latest threat to pull out of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Arms Treaty with Russia. Most Americans assume that the reasoning behind trump’s decision must involve such secret, specialized, and esoteric knowledge that the average American simply doesn’t possess the wherewithal to understand it. But that’s not the case at all. It’s just dumb. .
.
Why would Trump do such a thing, tamper with an agreement designed to provide security to our European allies? And why threaten to pull out of the treaty entirely before making an attempt to fix any problems the U.S. may have with the agreement? The answer is clear - because like most other things Trump does, it hasn’t been thought through, he just decided to do it on a whim. That alone should send up a red flag that this is just another one of Donald Trump’s stunts designed to satisfy his constant craving for world attention, and for the benefit of no one other than Donald Trump.
.
That’s the problem with Trump, and what makes him such a threat to the entire world - he’s an uninformed egomaniac with the reckless tendency to flirt with world disaster in order to satisfy his own childish need for attention. Ordinarily, the checks and balances within the U.S. government would keep such a reckless individual in check, but the GOP is now in control of all three branches of government, and they had to choose between patriotism and responsible government, or money and power, and they’ve chosen the latter.
.
CNN reported that “Former State Department spokesman Rear Adm. John Kirby, a CNN military and diplomatic analyst, explained that the treaty ‘wasn't designed to solve all of our problems with the Soviet Union,’ but was ‘designed to provide a measure of some strategic stability on the continent of Europe.’ He went on to say, ‘I suspect our European allies right now are none too happy about hearing that President Trump intends to pull out of it.’”
.
But Trump doesn’t care. He doesn’t care one bit about friendships and world alliances that go back generations, or even global stability. He doesn’t have the intelligence to understand the importance of such things. All Trump has the limited intellect to understand is the self-aggrandizement of Donald Trump, and what’s in his own best interest.
.
That explains why Trump sought “back-channel” communications with Russia. Why would he want a secret channel of communications with our oldest foe that circumvents being monitored by our own security services? I’ll tell you why - so he and his good friend, Vladimir, can play games with the minds of the world and the American people. Did Trump discuss this latest move as a strategy against the claim that he’s Putin’s puppet with Vladimir prior to making this announcement? Ordinarily, just the thought of that would seem ridiculous, but not when dealing with Donald Trump. He specializes in creating world crisis and then seemingly coming to the rescue at the very last minute to resolve the issue.
.
He demonstrated that tendency with Kim Jong-Un of North Korea. That's how he attempts to camouflage his gross incompetence. Instead of addressing real issues with complexities far beyond his ability to understand, he manufactures issues that he feels he can manipulate for self-serving photo ops, and then he struts around bragging about how much more brilliant he is than previous presidents. Thus, he’s not interested in making the world safer, he’s satisfied to just make it LOOK like he’s making it safer. Because in the final analysis, Trump is not interested in making the world better; everything he does is designed to make Trump look better. For Donald Trump, the world is a reality show.
.
Illusion is Donald Trump’s life. As a young man, he disguised his voice and called media outlets claiming to be much richer than he actually was. He’s a huckster and world-class fraud who engages in smoke and mirrors to promote his own image, which is of paramount importance to everything he does. He specializes in creating the illusion of competence where there is none.
.
As the spoiled son of an over-protective father who gave him everything and shielded him from failure, all Donald has ever had to think about was himself. But as a result of the bratty personality that engendered, he’s never had a friend or anyone who really cared about him (notice the look on Melania’s face whenever she’s forced to appear with him in public), and neither has he ever had to grow in order to achieve any personal accomplishment. That accounts for why he so desperately seeks love, admiration, and respect. That need comes out clearly in a video he appeared in during the Mss Universe Contest in Moscow where he asks, “Do you think Putin could become my new best friend?” It was disgusting and pathetic.
.
While Trump presents himself with blusterous swagger, he’s actually like a kid in a sandbox whose desperate to find ANYONE who will be his friend and actually like and respect him. That’s not a good trait for the supposed leader of the free world, because those who are willing to be Trump’s “friend” may not be friends with the American concept of freedom and democracy, and that fact is clearly revealing itself in the Khashoggi murder. But then, why should Trump care? Khashoggi was a journalist for the Washington Post, so all his friend did was killed “an enemy of the people.”
.
Trump’s personal dysfunction also accounts for his intense hatred of Barack Obama. Trump would do absolutely anything to have the admiration, love and respect of Obama, and due to his bratty-little-rich-kid’s sense of entitlement, he thinks he has an absolute right to it - “How dare that pompous and uppity Sambo be held in higher esteem than me? Don’t the people realize that I’m rich, and I’m White!!!?” That’s Trump’s attitude, a dysfunctional sense of entitlement on steroids. So in order to address that delusional flaw in his character, he’s on a mission to undo everything President Obama has done for the American people, whether the abolishment hurts the American people and the world or not.
.
Nymag.com reported that “The obsessive hatred of Obama that grew out of Trump’s humiliation at the 2011 White House Correspondents’ Dinner has blossomed into a perverse and often self-destructive mania. People both inside and outside the administration report that Trump will ultimately pick whatever option he believes is the negation of Obama’s legacy. A European diplomat indicated that Trump will ask: ‘Did Obama approve this?’ And if the answer is affirmative, he will say: ‘We don’t’” (http://nymag.com/intelligencer/2018/07/trump-putin-russia -collusion.html). That kind of mindless pettiness doesn’t even belong in a schoolyard sandbox, much less in high-stakes world decision-making. Trump’s childish attitude in this regard alone clearly demonstrates that he is far from fit to be President of the United States, because everything on his agenda is about himself, not the betterment of the American people.
.
In its article reviewing the book, “The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump,” Psychology Today pointed out:
.
“John Gartner, Ph.D. is the founder of ‘Duty to Warn’ an organization intent on warning our country that we are in dire trouble due to our president’s mental instability. More than 60,000 mental health professionals have signed John’s petition, which states:
.
‘We, the undersigned mental health professionals, believe in our professional judgment that Donald Trump manifests a serious mental illness that renders him psychologically incapable of competently discharging the duties of President of the United States. And we respectfully request he be removed from office, according to article 4 of the 25th amendment to the Constitution, which states that the president will be replaced if he is ‘unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.’”
.
So whether or not Putin and Trump have actually managed to set up a back-channel means of communication is unclear (at least, to the public), but whether they have or not, it shouldn’t be lost on the American public that National security adviser John Bolton (another lunatic) has been dispatched to Moscow next week, and that could very well be where the details of the scam is finalized. Trump has probably sent Bolton to Moscow wearing knee pads to apologize to Putin and convince him to go along with this farce. First, Trump will stomp around and bluster about how awful the treaty is and how dumb and incompetent all of the previous presidents to himself were to go along with it. Then he’ll take the original agreement and change one comma to a semicolon and claim to have saved the world. That’s the childish idiocy of Donald Trump.
.
I know, it sounds far fetched, but is it? Think about it - Trump has tried to water-down or failed to aggressively act on every Russian sanction since he’s been in office, and after lecturing and humiliating our oldest and closest allies before the world, he went to Helsinki and bowed down to Putin like the U.S. was a Russian colony. There’s a very good reason for that, and when America finally manages to wrap its head around it, it’ll become crystal clear why. A combination of Trump’s business failures, narcissism, flawed character and the Trump brand made him a prime target of the Russian mafia (KGB). After his 6 bankruptcies and his inability to obtain loans from any American banks, Russian oligarchs recognized that the failing Trump brand could be used as an invaluable asset to the Russian mafia for laundering money and doing business around the world following the collapse of the Soviet Union. So Trump has been playing words games about his relationship with the Russians. He said:
.
@realDonaldTrump
“For the record, I have no financial interests in Saudi Arabia (or Russia, for that matter). Any suggestion that I have is just more FAKE NEWS (of which there is plenty)!”
.
No, he doesn’t have any financial interests in Russia, but the Russians have plenty of financial interests in Trump businesses right here in the United States. In 2008 Donald Trump Jr. said, “Russians make up a pretty disproportionate cross-section of a lot of our assets.” And in 2014 Eric Trump is quoted as bragging that “We don’t rely on American banks. We have all the funding we need out of Russia.” Russians bought 86 Trump properties - all in cash - totaling $109 million. So for nearly 30 years, the Russian mafia has literally been LIVING with Donald Trump.(https://www.metro.us/president-trump/russians-bought-86-trump-properties)
