TRUMP REPRESENTS A HOT SKILLET

We’re suffering with Donald Trump for a reason. We're going through this because far too many people were much too willing to just follow the lead of the string-pullers. The DNC told those people to vote for Hillary Clinton or else, and that's just what they did - at least, some of them. If Hillary had won, what would stop them from doing that very same thing in the next election, and the one after that? So instead of pointing the finger at each other, we should just stop for a minute and think about the consequences of blindly allowing others to manipulate our vote. We learn by being burnt, and Trump simply represents a hot skillet, the very same kind of hot skillet that taught me to never vote for a Clinton again.

I wrote an article discussing the need for Black people to become efficient thinkers in order to move forward. That article applies perfectly here. In fact, I wish I had this discussion as a example when I wrote it. I understand the frustration of many people, but it's misdirected. We've all been played by the DNC, but the first reaction of many is to blame their own people, and to start calling each other names because many refused to vote for the preferred bigot. But the anger of those frustrated over Trump should rightly be directed toward the DNC who used corruption and deceit to force them to have to choose between two bigots in the first place. The DNC made Trump a virtual shoo-in by shoving Hillary down our throats. Too many people saw through Hillary, and they hated what they saw. So it was foolish to even expect to win when even the polls were telling them that the rules have been bent to run the most flawed Democratic candidate since the Civil War. So instead of going online and ranting about their own people, the appropriate thing to do was to direct their anger at the DNC. If the DNC got a few million letters like the one below it would cause them to think long and hard before they tried to manipulate us again.

The campaign had the DNC on life support, giving it money every month to meet its basic expenses, while the campaign was using the party as a fund-raising clearinghouse. Under FEC law, an individual can contribute a maximum of $2,700 directly to a presidential campaign. But the limits are much higher for contributions to state parties and a party’s national committee.”

Thus, Hillary was using the DNC to skirt campaign finance laws. “Individuals who had maxed out their $2,700 contribution limit to the campaign could write an additional check for $353,400 to the Hillary Victory Fund—that figure represented $10,000 to each of the 32 states’ parties who were part of the Victory Fund agreement—$320,000—and $33,400 to the DNC. The money would be deposited in the states first, and transferred to the DNC shortly after that. Money in the battleground states usually stayed in that state, but all the other states funneled that money directly to the DNC, which quickly transferred the money to Brooklyn” - or to the Hillary Clinton campaign.

“Wait,” I said [DNC Chairman Brazile]. “That victory fund was supposed to be for whoever was the nominee, and the state party races. You’re telling me that Hillary has been controlling it since before she got the nomination?”

3). “Right around the time of the convention, the leaked emails revealed Hillary’s campaign was grabbing money from the state parties for its own purposes, leaving the states with very little to support down-ballot races.”

“A Politico story published on May 2, 2016, described the big fund-raising vehicle she had launched through the states the summer before, quoting a vow she had made to rebuild ‘the party from the ground up … when our state parties are strong, we win. That’s what will happen.’ . . .
“Yet the states kept less than half of 1 percent of the $82 million they had amassed from the extravagant fund-raisers Hillary’s campaign was holding. A Politico story described this arrangement as ‘essentially … money laundering’ for the Clinton campaign.”

So Hillary was using the DNC to take money from the states to use for her own campaign. Could that be the reason that we have so few Democratic governors and other officeholders across America?  Could that also be the reason that Democrats are so vulnerable to gerrymandering across the nation, solidifying the Republican lock on congress?   Really!!!? - because of one woman’s self-serving ambition!!!?

It has come to my attention that you’ve just adopted a rule requiring candidates to both run, and serve, as Democrats. Such arbitrary rules are, by definition, undemocratic, and they’re also an insult to the voter. You’re trying to deprive the voters of their freedom of choice. Such an action is just as unconscionable as gerrymandering, instituting a poll tax, or a literacy test. It’s an attempt to give the candidates of YOUR choice an unfair advantage. The candidates who the voters choose to vote for should be the VOTER’S choice, not yours. So who wants to vote for - or even trust - people who try to deprive the voters of their right to choose?

Just the thought of your arrogant attempt at manipulation turns my stomach. That’s why I voted against Hillary Clinton in the last election - and that was in spite of the fact that I knew it could cause Trump to win. But I came to the conclusion that since I was being manipulated out of my right to choose, I would vote for democracy by voting third party - and although I hate Trump intensely, I’d do the exact same thing again even if the election was being held tomorrow and my vote alone would determine whether the Democrats won or lost. Because as I see it, one group of scoundrels are no better than another, and I WILL NOT allow myself to be blackmailed out of my vote - and believe me, there are millions of other voters across this country who feel EXACTLY the same way I do. You’re trying to treat us like children, and personally, I don’t appreciate it a bit.

One of your cultists asked me, "Didn't you learn anything from the 2016 election?" I did. I learned that many of the people who run the DNC are nothing more than corporate conservatives in drag, and thus, just as corrupt as any Republican. So while I hated seeing Donald Trump win the election, I would have been just as miserable if Hillary had won. At least Trump is serving to wake people up from their state of apathetic somnambulism, but with Hillary it would have been the quiet corruption of business as usual. I only agree with Trump in one regard - Hillary should have gone to jail over her emails, because the one and only reason she used a private server was to try to hide her corrupt pay-to-play schemes from the federal government:

I’ve been putting a lot of thought into this election, and I’ve come to the conclusion that if we want to survive we've got to bring the corruption of our democracy to an end. So I'm taking a stand right here and right now - I WILL NOT BE BLACKMAILED OUT OF MY VOTE, and I'm not gonna let anybody send me on a guilt trip talking about Donald Trump. That’s political subterfuge, an attempt by the Clinton forces to Blackmail the electorate into voting for Hillary, whose history clearly shows that she's every bit as bad as Trump.  The only difference between Hillary and Trump is Hillary has sense enough to tailor her lies on the issues in a way that accommodate the agenda of whoever she happens to be talking to at the time. In addition, we can only speculate about what trump might do, but we’ve already SEEN the atrocities that the Clintons are capable of committing against the Black community.

No, she didn’t win the nomination - she stole it. When she hired Debbie Wasserman-Schultz she not only confirmed that fact, but she thumbed her nose at us in the process. I had planned to hold my nose and vote for Hillary, but the arrogance of the Wasserman-Shultz episode was the final straw for me. It said that the voice of the average citizen doesn't matter, and that’s a direct threat to our democracy. Why should I vote for a politician, or a party, who deprived me of my right to choose?

And the Clintons have shown that very same kind of arrogant disregard for the people and our laws repeatedly - like when Bill showed up at a Massachusetts polling place (where you're not even suppose to wear a Clinton button) and began to electioneer; and again when he casually strolled in to visit Attorney General Loretta Lynch while Hillary was still under active investigation by the FBI; and now they hire the disgraced chairperson of the DNC who was forced to resign for corruption after handing Hillary the nomination. They think they're above the people, and above the law, so the Clinton/Democratic machine and their corporate cronies simply anointed Hillary the nominee just as surely as the U.S. Supreme Court anointed George W. Bush president after the 2000 election. If Barack Obama were running against Hillary Clinton today, he wouldn't have stood a chance - no one would.  With their money, corporate ties, and control over the Democratic Party, the people no longer count.

Bill and Hillary Clinton have brought fraud, deceit and corruption to the Democratic Party just like they have to everything else they've ever touched in the past 25 years. So to simply sit on our hands and let this assault on our democratic system take place will set a horrible precedent from which the nation may never be able to recover. We should be in a complete uproar over this election fraud - after all, this is OUR VOICE they're stealing - so we should be demanding that everybody involved be run out of politics, if not jailed, not elect them president! This is not a hockey match; we're talking about our democracy here! - a democracy that many who were obviously much more informed and dedicated than we are, were willing to fight and die for.  And now, we're just giving it away.

If we allow Hillary to just slide into the presidency in spite of the now documented evidence of cheating and corruption, this unconscionable assault on our democracy won't just be an ugly aberration, we will be acknowledging it as an accepted practice, giving it tacit approval. Thereafter the corporatists will be able to anoint anybody president that they choose - and they'll be completely free to do so, because as this incident clearly shows, with the Clintons controlling the Democratic Party it's no longer liberals fighting conservatives in order to protect the interest of the people, it's now sibling rivals fighting one another over whose turn it is to exploit the people, so neither party will be willing to fight the excesses of the corporate elites. Thus, the people have simply got to stand up and say, "No, this is not going to happen. Hillary, you've got to step aside," and based on the exposed cheating and corruption the Clintons have engaged in, we have every right to do so. They've forfeited the right to the nomination, but we're just submissively going along with the program like a group of somnambulistic Stepford wives, and that's exactly why our political "employees" don't take us seriously.

Political corruption is already changing the character of America. A Princeton University study found that the United States is no longer a democracy; it has now become an oligarchy.  Researchers Martin Gilens and Benjamin I. Page indicated that "The central point that emerges from our research is that economic elites and organized groups representing business interests have substantial independent impacts on U.S. government policy, while mass-based interest groups and average citizens have little or no independent influence."  And again, clear evidence of the validity of that fact is after the Democratic Party did contortions to shove Hillary Clinton down our throats as the Democratic nominee, former DNC chairperson Debbie Wasserman-Shultz was forced to resign for corruption. Thereafter, she immediately went to work for the Clinton campaign.

Further evidence of the validity of the Princeton study is reflected in our double standard of justice. The FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton was clearly a sham. Just imagine what would happen to you if you worked for the State Department and put classified files on your home computer. Do you think they would worry about your "intent?" I don't think so. What Hillary did is called "Gross (criminal) Negligence" and "Endangering National Security," both, very serious crimes. She should have, at the very least, lost her security clearance, but that would have prevented her from running for president. So in Hillary's case it was just fluffed off, while in another case, Sandra Bland was dragged from her vehicle, brutalized, and died under "suspicious circumstances" while in custody, for smoking a cigarette in her own car. That's the kind of double standard of justice(?) that Americans previously associated with "third world" countries. So now to reward Hillary Clinton with the presidency after she committed such an irresponsible act and then allowed to simply walk away, would send the integrity of our democracy spiraling down a rat hole.

What about it? Hillary would nominate someone who is just as corrupt as she is and would give her corporate supporters priority over the people. We have children and grandchildren to think about, so it's not enough to just defeat Trump, we must also defend the integrity of this democracy by defeating corruption -  and corruption has been Hillary's stock and trade for decades.

So I’m fighting Hillary just like I would fight David Duke if he'd been shoved down our throat, because Hillary Clinton is nothing short of David Duke in a pants suit and with a smile and a lie on her lips. Thus, if the DNC insists on trying to force-feed us Hillary Clinton, I’m going to vote Green Party, regardless of the consequences.  I'll let God sort it out.  While I’ll be voting outside the Democratic Party for the first time in my life, that’s their fault, not mine, because I refuse to be either manipulated, or blackmailed, into voting for the Clinton political machine.  We May Have Bill Clinton to Thank for Donald Trump's Presidential Run.  Bill gave Donald Trump a pep talk just weeks before Trump entered the race. Take a minute to think about that.

In addition, and as I pointed out in a previous article, the Clintons were involved in Ronald Reagan’s scheme to flood the Black community with crack cocaine in order to fund his illegal war in Nicaragua. That one action completely destroyed hundreds of thousands of Black lives and is still having a negative impact on Black people today. There's currently a huge part of an entire generation of young Black people who don't know anything about their culture, and don't really know what it means to be Black, because the people who were responsible for teaching them were either dead, in prison, or mentally disabled by the affects of crack cocaine. As a direct result, instead of developing their potential and preparing for the future, many of these young people, who were literally raised by the corporate media, have been conditioned to believe that their role in life is to be criminals, drug addicts, and at the very bottom of society. In addition, they're being mesmerized by the media by being fed a constant diet of music that celebrates drug use, killing one another, and referring to the very womb of their culture as "bitches and hoes." So their fate is all but sealed. Yet, many Black people are falling all over one another to put two of the people who are hugely responsible for this state of affairs back into the White House. The situation is beyond sad, it's disgusting. So being forced to choose between Clinton and Trump is like having to choose between cyanide and strychnine.

In June of last year Politico.com reported, “Donald Trump may be a Republican, but his favorite president of the last four is none other than Bill Clinton,” and that makes perfect sense, because Bill gave him a complete blueprint on how to handle Hispanics, Muslims, and other minorities. According to the United States Census, there were 3.2 million Black slaves in America in 1850. Today more than 4 million Blacks are involved with the prison industrial complex, either incarcerated or on parole. So the prison industrial complex currently controls the lives of more Black people than slave masters did 10 years before the Civil War. We have Bill Clinton (our so-called “First Black President”) to thank for that. Thereafter, the prison industrial complex became one of Hillary’s biggest contributors. Thus, the Clintons have brought a thousand times more harm to the Black community than David Duke and the Klan. If they had done as much harm to the Jewish community, Hillary wouldn’t have even been able to run.

Therefore, I continue to point out at every opportunity that Bill and Hillary Clinton are conservatives in drag. They walk like liberals, and they talk like liberals, but they always manage to leave conservative policies behind. They've been more successful in passing fiscally conservative legislation than the GOP - the passing of NAFTA, allowing corporations to send $20 an hour jobs out of the country to be performed for $5 an hour in other countries; the gutting of Glass-Steagall, allowing commercial banks to gamble with our deposits, which led directly to the 2008 Wall Street crisis; the elimination of the Fairness Doctrine, leading to the dumbing down of America and making propagandist networks like FOX News possible, etc., etc. In addition, their tacit participation in the Mena connection, and then subjecting the resulting victims of their flooding the Black community with drugs to mass incarceration is nothing short of gross bigotry. They're just bigots who keep a smile on their face so they can trot us out when they need us.

Thus, the working class must come together and tell the corporate establishment that we’re not going to be manipulated or blackmailed into swallowing this tainted meat they’re trying to shove down our throats. If we fail to do so, our democracy may be lost to us forever.

I can’t repeat this enough - Bill and Hillary Clinton are "Republicrats." Their primary mission in life is to drag the Democratic party to the right. Hillary is the same closet Republican that she’s always been (a Goldwater girl, and President of the “Young Republicans" in college), and Bill is a White Southern Dixiecrat. When Hillary was running against Barack Obama in 2008, in an attempt to get Ted Kennedy's support, Bill Clinton was reported to have said, "A few years ago this guy would have been carrying our bags." True liberals don't talk like that. In fact, the reaction of one of my White neighbors to the comment is how I found out about it. She called me screaming over the phone - "Did you hear what that racist bastard said about Barack Obama!!!?" So the Clintons are far from liberal; they're just calculating. They saw which way the wind was blowing during the sixties and then made the cynical decision to take advantage of it. Wikipedia puts it this way:

Jealous, a former N.A.A.C.P. president who initially supported Mr. Sanders. 'That’s not a good thing."'

So Hillary Clinton fans, I don’t care what you say. Hillary and her New Democratic machine can shove it. If they're so concerned about Trump, they need to step up and tell Hillary Clinton to step aside.  If enough of us do that she'll have no choice but to do so.

CONGRESS ACCUSES HILLARY CLINTON OF PERJURY

Hillary needs to be made to step aside for committing election fraud and trying to corrupt our democracy alone, but she also needs to step aside so she won't dump Trump right in our laps by default.  The Democrats need to run someone with much less baggage than Hillary been has already been revealed to have, and the worst probably hasn’t even come out yet, because we don’t know what it was she was trying to hide with that private email server.  But you can be assured that the opposition does, and they’re going to wait until just a few days before election day to drop it on us;  then we’re going to end up with a President Trump.  So if Hillary cares more about America than she does her own ambition (which I seriously doubt), she’ll voluntarily step aside. If it turns out that I’m right and she is more self-serving than patriotic, she doesn’t deserve to be president in the first place.

Finally, I'm sure that a lot of Clinton lovers  - both Black and White - are going to be absolutely furious at what I've said here. But that's only because it's absolutely meaningless to them what the Clintons have done to the Black community. That speaks volumes, and it also explains why Black lives don't matter, in spite of all the liberal rhetoric that we engage in. Here's where we've got to make Black lives matter, by bringing down corrupt politicians.

ABC News reports that “A majority of Americans disapprove of the FBI's recommendation not to charge Hillary Clinton with a crime over her handling of email while secretary of state, and a similar number in a new ABC News/Washington Post poll say the issue leaves them worried about how she would handle her responsibilities as president if elected . . . But 28 percent say it leaves them less likely to support her, versus 10 percent who say it makes them more likely to do so . . . “Reactions to the decision are highly political, with partisanship factoring heavily in people's views. Yet Democrats don't back Clinton up on the issue nearly as much as Republicans criticize her, and independents side more with Republicans . . . Overall, 56 percent disapprove of FBI Director James Comey's recommendation not to charge Clinton, while just 35 percent approve. Similarly, 57 percent say the incident makes them worried about how Clinton might act as president if she is elected, with most very worried about it. Just 39 percent feel the issue isn't related to how she would perform as president.”

So Hillary Clinton has become a serious liability for the Democratic party, and for the Democrats to allow her to carry their banner into battle would be insane. I pointed out the following in a previous article, “Hillary Clinton: “I’m Not A Crook!!!” Yeah, But You’re Still A Liability”:

“It's going to be an absolute circus, because the GOP knows it's their only chance of winning. For those who insist that Hillary's clean so it's no big deal, you should ask yourself why her IT expert, Bryan Pagliano, found it necessary to take the 5th amendment over 125 in a 2 hour deposition. What was he worrying about incriminating himself of? And again, all of this is going to be paraded before the American people right in the middle of a general election - and Hillary already has atrocious disapproval ratings. So once more, Hillary Clinton has become a gross liability for the Democratic party.

I also pointed out in a previous article that for months Clinton Supporters have been saying that all true Democrats have a responsibility to the liberal cause, the Democratic Party, and to America to get behind Hillary Clinton in order to prevent Donald Trump from becoming President of the United States. They've been lecturing Bernie Sanders supporters incessantly on how important it is to do the "responsible thing" and put their partisanship aside in support of the bigger picture. Well, now we’re going to see if they were actually sincere in their selfless, and supposedly, single-minded effort to save America, or if it was just a lot of political posturing in an effort to gain support for Hillary.

Thus, Democratic voters are lukewarm toward Hillary Clinton at best. She's a warmonger, a corporatist, and she's clearly demonstrated that she lacks the judgment to be President. In short, she's a Republicrat. As I've said before, everything she touches is drenched in corruption and incompetence, and turns out to be a complete disaster.  When she lost to President Obama in 2008, he tried to throw her a bone in order to reunite the Democratic party, and look what's happen. It's far from an exaggeration to describe Hillary Clinton as the Lucille Ball of American politics. The only difference is, she's not funny, she's manipulative, and she's corrupt. So many Democrats are just not going to be able to get themselves to vote for this woman, and they have an option - The Green Party.  So Hillary Clinton is a Democratic disaster, just waiting to happen.

The plutocracy has decided not to indict Hillary Clinton - and Donald Trump predicted it days before it was announced. So the Republicans are going to have a field day with this fiasco - and right in the middle of a general election.

It's going to be an absolute circus, because the GOP knows it's their only chance of winning. They’re going to bring up former President Bill Clinton’s “impromptu” meeting with Attorney General Lynch during the climax of an FBI investigation into his wife, Hillary, and just days before she was interviewed by the FBI. They're going to bring up the fact that President Obama not only endorsed, but began to schedule campaign events with Hillary even before the FBI investigation was complete, and they’re going to bring up the fact that according to a NY Times report Hillary insiders let it be known that she intends to retain AG Lynch as her Attorney General if she's elected president - quite a timely leak.  In addition, there’s the lawsuits currently pending against Hillary and the Democratic National Committee for the election fraud that was allegedly committed against a fellow Democrat. And again, all of this is going to be paraded before the American people right in the middle of a general election, so Hillary has become a gross liability for the Democratic party.

And the problem is, Democrats are not going to be able to just fluff this off as just more GOP shenanigans, because this situation warrants the congressional investigation that's sure to come - even I want to know what went on behind the closed doors of this political bureaucracy. And again, I'm sure that the Republicans are going to make absolutely certain that the hearings are scheduled in the middle of the general election.  So with all of that baggage, Hillary Clinton - who was one of the most disliked, and distrusted politicians in America even before this fiasco - is definitely a liability to the Democratic party.

Bill’s behavior alone has given the Republicans something to hang their hats on. When all of these things are combined, this situation could create a furor of Watergate proportions - and in the middle of a national election. It could also destroy President Obama’s legacy. It's shocking that President Obama would even allow himself to be placed in such an untenable position. There are many people in this country who will never look at him the same way again - and that's especially going to be the case after this blows up - and it is going to blow up. The Republicans are going to see to it. So Bill and Hillary Clinton’s irresponsibly reckless behavior could very well throw the election to Donald Trump.

BILL CLINTON CASUALLY, BUT BLATANTLY,

ENGAGED IN ELECTION FRAUD

And even though Hillary wasn’t indicted of a crime, if the phone rings in the White House at 3 a.m. in the morning, who in America would want people who have demonstrated such flawed judgment answering it?  I certainly wouldn’t - and in this writer's opinion, anyone who would has become so partisan that they’ve lost touch with reality.

Hillary’s reckless disregard for national security is indefensible, and Bill’s recent behavior of dropping in on the Attorney General while his wife was under active investigation, and committing public voter fraud by casually strolling into a polling place in Massachusetts, is grounds to make one wonder if he’s becoming senile. It’s either that, or as a Princeton study indicated, America is no longer a democracy.

The study says that America has become so thoroughly taken over by the plutocrats that the average American no longer matters. Maybe that explains why neither Bill, nor Hillary, no longer feel the necessity to hide their reckless behavior. But due to the sibling rivalry between the Republican plutocrats, and the Democratic plutocrats, all of this is about to come out, and in this case, to the gross disadvantage of the Democratic party.

So the question to be asked of Clinton cultists now is this - how important is it to defeat Trump Now? With all of Hillary's political baggage, along with the fact that her IT expert, Bryan Pagliano, saw fit to invoke the 5th amendment over 125 times in a 2 hour deposition, and then adding to all of that, Bill Clinton's thoughtlessly poor judgment, Hillary Clinton could dump Trump right into America's lap, because there are a lot of people - even Democrats - who are just not going to be able to get themselves to vote for this woman, Trump or no Trump. So should Clinton supporters do the "responsible thing," put partisanship aside, and ask Hillary to drop out for the sake of the nation? If they’re anything other than self-serving hypocrites, they will.

The NY Times reported, “Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch plans to announce on Friday that she will accept whatever recommendation career prosecutors and the F.B.I. director make about whether to bring charges related to Hillary Clinton’s personal email server, a Justice Department official said. Her decision removes the possibility that a political appointee will overrule investigators in the case.

In spite of the fact that it has been variously reported that between 50 and 147 FBI agents have been assigned to the Clinton investigation, Hillary Clinton described it as a “security inquiry,” and many of her hardcore supporters have denied that there’s even an FBI investigation into Clinton at all.. But FBI Director James Comey recently told a roundtable of reporters, “It’s in our name. I’m not familiar with the term ‘security inquiry.’ We’re conducting an investigation.”

BILL CLINTON CASUALLY ENGAGED

IN A BLATANT ACT OF ELECTION FRAUD

Many Americans don’t understand the seriousness of this case. They think that it’s simply another witch hunt on Hillary Clinton that’s being blown out of proportion by conservative zealots and/or Bernie Sanders cultists over a relatively minor issue. But many (though not all) Hillary Clinton supporters have also become zealots much like those of Donald Trump. They tend to fall into two categories - establishment Democrats who crave the opportunity to jump onboard the Clinton gravy train, and low-information people who vote blindly based on name recognition alone, or vote their genitals over their intellect. Instead of thinking like traditional progressives and simply following truth wherever it leads, they've embraced a conservative mindset that tries to bend truth to fit their delusions of reality. So these people are turning a blind eye to anything that either Bill or Hillary does, even if it’s a direct assault on American democracy, and that’s exactly what this investigation is about - an attempt to save our democracy, in spite of such people. Hillary is scheduled to meet with the FBI on July 2nd, signaling that this case is coming to a climax.

Nevertheless, many Hillary cultists are asking, “What about Colon Powell?  He did the same thing. Why aren’t they going after him? Why are they making such it a big deal with Hillary?” The answer to that is simple - it’s not true.  Yes, Colon Powell did use his own email address in a normal account, but Hillary Clinton HIRED an IT EXPERT to build a private email SERVER in her home, and then she kept him on her personal payroll to maintain it - and that was while he was also working for the State Department, and without the State Department’s knowledge that he was also moonlighting for Hillary.  The IT expert’s name is Bryan Pagliano, and he recently invoked the 5th amendment over 125 times during a recent 2 hour deposition. So the question is, why would Hillary Clinton go through all of the trouble and expense of hiring  her own IT expert to build a private email server in her home instead of using the State Department’s computer that was secure, and mandated, for her use?  She didn’t use it even once during her entire tenure as Secretary of State.  The Atlantic speculates:

Emails do not live on a server in a datacenter that companies may be sifting through for ad targeting—they live on a hard drive in your living room. In the Clintons’ case, they may have wanted to be in control of the encryption of their correspondence, ensuring that no third parties—whether commercial, hacker, or government—were able to snoop on them.”

So according to that rationale, in spite of the fact that Hillary Clinton was a public servant, and supposedly working for us, she didn’t want our government snooping on her - and I think there’s a good reason why:

“The Swiss bank UBS is one of the biggest, most powerful financial institutions in the world. As secretary of state, Hillary Clinton intervened to help it out with the IRS. And after that, the Swiss bank paid Bill Clinton $1.5 million for speaking gigs. The Wall Street Journal reported all that and more Thursday in an article that highlights huge conflicts of interest that the Clintons have created in the recent past.

Grimaldi and Rebecca Ballhaus lay out how UBS helped the Clintons. “Total donations by UBS to the Clinton Foundation grew from less than $60,000 through 2008 to a cumulative total of about $600,000 by the end of 2014, according to the foundation and the bank,” they report. ‘The bank also joined the Clinton Foundation to launch entrepreneurship and inner-city loan programs, through which it lent $32 million. And it paid former president Bill Clinton $1.5 million to participate in a series of question-and-answer sessions with UBS Wealth Management Chief Executive Bob McCann, making UBS his biggest single corporate source of speech income disclosed since he left the White House.”’

The Observer article goes on to say,

“Hillary Clinton superdelegate and longtime Democratic Congressman Chaka Fattah was convicted of 22 counts of corruption charges. After serving 11 terms in Congress, Fattah is now out on bail after an indictment was filed in July 2015 against him and four associates. Despite the conviction, Fattah is set to serve the remainder of his term in Congress until January 2017. He faces sentencing in October, and could potentially serve the rest of his life in prison.

“Fattah formally endorsed Hillary Clinton for president in February, shortly before losing his primary bid for re-election in April. He has been a Clinton loyalist for decades, standing by the Clintons amid the Monica Lewinsky scandal in the 1990s, and even helping Bill Clinton coordinate DNC fundraising trips to Philadelphia shortly after he admitted to perjury. “He can be a public servant without being perfect,” Fattah told Philly.com in 1998.”

Another one of Clinton's inner circle, Former New York State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, was also convicted of corruption in November 2015.  He was closely connected to Hillary Clinton while she served as senator of New York.

The Observer goes on to report that "Hillary Clinton’s 2008 campaign chair, Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, is currently under investigation by the FBI and Department of Justice over questionable contributions to his 2013 campaign. According to a recent CNN report, the investigation—which has been going on for at least a year—calls into question Mr. McAuliffe’s service as a board member to the Clinton Global Initiative, a subsidiary of the Clinton Foundation. So the mere mishandling of classified email, which is a very serious matter in itself, is not the crux of this investigation, it merely serves as a roadmap that seems to lead to a pattern of corruption, a breach of faith, and one of the most egregious abuses of power of any high-level official in the history of this nation.

Thereafter, the prison industrial complex became one of Hillary Clinton's biggest political contributors.

Corruption Is Catching Up to the Clintons and Their Associates

Hillary Clinton is a walking assault to good government, justice, and democracy. EVERYTHING in which Hillary has ever been intimately involve in her ENTIRE career has been drenched in controversy, scandal, incompetence, and has turned out to be an absolute disaster. The only reason her supporters claim that she's suppose to have so much  "experience" is because she's been around so long and she has name recognition. But what has she ever done that's been successful?  Let me tell you - absolutely nothing. After she lost to President Obama in 2008 he tried to throw her a bone by making her Secretary of State to try to reunify the party, and look at the result. This woman is a monument to corruption, self-service, and incompetence. As I write there's an unprecedented revolt going on in the State Department: Revolt by Security Personnel May Define Hillary as the Weak Candidate.

She's the only Secretary of State in the history of this nation who didn't have enough common sense to understand the concept of national security. Instead of ensuring the security of the nation, she insured her own security - the security to wheel and deal with foreign governments on behalf of the Clinton Foundation with impunity. She was also the only Secretary of State in the history of this nation who placed her own interests above the interest of America, and if the establishment hasn't been completely taken over by the oligarchs, she'll be indicted for it.

In the interest of the public's right to know, I am a Bernie Sanders supporter, but not a Bernie Sanders cultist, so this is not about sour grapes. This is about ridding America's tree of poison fruit.

Fattah isn’t the first Clinton superdelegate to be convicted under corruption charges. Former New York State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, who was convicted of corruption in November 2015, had close ties to Hillary Clinton while she served as senator of New York. In 2008, Clinton called Silver, who played an important role in convincing Clinton to run for Senate in New York after Bill Clinton’s presidency ended, “a stalwart voice on behalf of the needs of New Yorkers.”

Silver formally resigned from serving as a superdelegate in March 2016, and Congressman Fattah should do the same. Both Fattah and Silver still maintain their innocence, a tactic perfected by Hillary Clinton over the years—to constantly deny wrongdoing despite the overwhelming evidence suggesting otherwise.

A number of Clinton’s close associates have been exposed for corruption. Several weeks ago, it was revealed that Clinton’s 2008 campaign manager, Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, is currently under federal investigation over questionable contributions to his 2013 campaign for governor—including $120,000 from a wealthy Chinese businessman McAuliffe introduced to Hillary Clinton at a fundraiser in her home. Clinton’s 2008 campaign co-chair, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, has also been informally removed from her position as DNC chair, and faces losing her seat in Congress to primary challenger Tim Canova after the backlash that erupted over Wasserman Schultz’s overt favoritism for Clinton throughout the 2016 Democratic primaries.

Hillary Clinton herself will be subject to some form of indictment or conviction in the near future, regardless of whether she manages to become president. The State Department inspector general reported in May 2016 that Clinton never had authorization to use a private email server during her service as secretary of state, debunking the defense she and her supporters have been using for over a year to dismiss the issue.

The Clinton Foundation has also been linked to several cases of fraudulent activity. Clinton appointed Rajiv Fernando, a prominent Clinton Foundation donor, to an intelligence advisory board with the State Department despite the fact that Fernando had no experience or background qualifying him for the role. An IBTimes investigation in 2015 uncovered millions of dollars in donations given to the Clinton Foundation by foreign government dictatorships in exchange for favors from Clinton’s State Department.

Whistleblower Charles Ortel, who exposed General Electric’s financial discrepancies in 2008, has alleged the charity did not follow legal compliances when it was created, and that donations were collected and used for purposes differing from what donors were told. Ortel is currently pushing the Federal Trade Commission to open a formal investigation into the charity. Clinton Cash, a book by Peter Schweitzer, corroborated many of Ortel’s claims, laying out how the Clinton Foundation provided donor access to Clinton’s State Department.

The Democratic National Committee has completely disregarded the democratic process by colluding with the Clinton campaign to simultaneously raise funds for itself while helping Hillary Clinton secure the presidential nomination. The Party should be pushing to reform campaign finance law—not embracing policies that allow wealthy individuals and corporations to buy off elections. While a few members of Congress push to get big money out of politics—most notably Bernie Sanders—the Democratic leadership has only strengthened its ties to wealthy and corporate donors who have hijacked the party for their own interests over the progressive agenda held by voters identifying as Democrats.

Hillary Clinton’s 2008 campaign chair, Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, is currently under investigation by the FBI and Department of Justice over questionable contributions to his 2013 campaign. According to a recent CNN report, the investigation—which has been going on for at least a year—calls into question Mr. McAuliffe’s service as a board member to the Clinton Global Initiative, a subsidiary of the Clinton Foundation. A $120,000 donation from a Chinese businessman, Wang Wenliang, made through U.S.-based businesses, raised red flags with investigators—along with several other donations, like the $2 million he gave the Clinton Foundation.

Governor McAuliffe is just one of several close associates to the Clintons currently under investigation for corruption. Ms. Clinton’s 2008 campaign co-chair, DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz, is under immense pressure to resign thanks to her favoritism for Ms. Clinton throughout the Democratic primaries. Ms. Wasserman Schultz essentially tipped the scale against Senator Bernie Sanders, a violation of the impartiality her position at the DNC demands. Prominent Clinton supporter and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio is also under review as part of an ongoing federal investigation into two businessmen with close ties to the mayor. The Podesta Group, implicated in the release of the Panama Papers, was founded by Tony Podesta and Hillary Clinton’s campaign chief, John Podesta. Several other prominent donors to the Clinton Foundation have also been linked to the Panama Papers, and the Clinton Foundation itself has been frequently cited as a source of money laundering and exchanging political favors for large donations.

It comes as no surprise that Hillary Clinton’s closest associates are involved in a litany of ethics violations as corruption has been the modus operandi of Ms. Clinton’s campaign for the entire duration of the primaries. Hillary Clinton has publicly vocalized support for campaign finance reform, yet owes much of her success in the primaries to the current corrupt system, which enables her to fundraise unethically, bending and possibly breaking current campaign finance laws. The Hillary Victory Fund, a joint fundraising committee between the Clinton campaign and the DNC, was recently revealed by Politico to be laundering money to the Clinton campaign to circumvent campaign finance laws. Mr. Sanders’ campaign has also highlighted additional
 violations and ethical breaches made by the Hillary Victory Fund.

FBI formally confirms its investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email server

In a letter disclosed Monday in a federal court filing, the FBI confirms one of the world’s worst-kept secrets: It is looking into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server.

Why say this at all, since it was widely known to be true? Because in August in response to a judge’s direction, the State Department asked the FBI for information about what it was up to. Sorry, the FBI said at the time, we can neither confirm nor deny the existence of any investigation.

Now, in a letter dated February 2 and filed in court Monday, the FBI’s general counsel, James Baker, notes that in public statements and congressional testimony, the FBI “has acknowledged generally that it is working on matters related to former Secretary Clinton’s use of a private email server.”

Baker says the FBI has not, however, “publicly acknowledged the specific focus, scope or potential targets of any such proceedings.”

He ends the one-paragraph letter by saying that the FBI cannot say more “without adversely affecting on-going law enforcement efforts.”

The letter was filed in one of the Freedom of Information Act cases brought against the State Department over access to documents from Hillary Clinton’s time as secretary of state. This one was filed by Judicial Watch.

Over the past couple of days, some Hillary Clinton critics have complained over the way her campaign has described the FBI’s probe into her private email server. Clinton and her campaign have called the probe a "security inquiry" regarding information stored on the server, as opposed to a criminal probe.

"I say what I have said now for many, many months: It's a security inquiry," she said on CBS May 8.

But on May 11, reporters met with FBI Director James Comey, and he said he is not familiar with the term "security inquiry." Instead, he said, "we're conducting an investigation. That's what we do."

The FBI is reportedly expanding its investigation of Hillary Clinton's private email server

The FBI is widening its investigation of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's use of a private email account while she was U.S. secretary of state to determine whether any public corruption laws were violated, Fox News reported on Monday.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has been looking into whether classified material was mishandled during Clinton's tenure at the State Department from 2009-2013.
.
It will expand its probe by examining possible overlap of the Clinton Foundation charity with State Department business, Fox reported, citing three unidentified intelligence officials.
.
"The [FBI] agents are investigating the possible intersection of Clinton Foundation donations, the dispensation of State Department contracts and whether regular processes were followed," Fox quoted one of its unidentified sources as saying.
.
The FBI and the State Department had no immediate comment on the report. The Clinton campaign didn't immediately respond to a request for comment from Business Insider.

Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus issued a statement calling the Fox News report "a very troubling development."

The FBI last expanded its probe into the server in November to examine whether "materially false statements" were ever provided to agents throughout the course of the case.

Donald Trump talked politics with Bill Clinton weeks before launching 2016 bid

Whom does the country have to blame for Donald Trump’s ascendancy in American politics? The Republican Party, for cultivating conservative populism to score short-term victories against Barack Obama? Wrong, says The Washington Post, which revealed the supposed truth on Wednesday: it was former president and candidate spouse Bill Clinton all along.

According to several Trump sources (and one Clinton source) who spoke to the Post, the two men spoke over the phone in late May, shortly before Trump announced his run in June. During the call, the Trump sources said, Clinton “encouraged Trump’s efforts to play a larger role in the Republican Party” and “analyzed Trump’s prospects and his desire to rouse the G.O.P. base.”
