DONALD TRUMP AND HIS ROGUE COP IS UP SHIT CREEK

That murderous cop, Derek Chauvin, who decided to kill George Floyd in living color on the 6 O’Clock News is up Shit Creek. In spite of the fact that Donald Trump cheered the police on when he needed them by telling them, “Please, don’t be too nice” to the people when you’re arresting them, now he needs Black votes, so the cops are on their own.

You see, while Trump is a bigot just like many of his supporters, he’s not just your run-of-the-mill bigot – he’s a super-bigot, and a snob. Trump's bigotry is not just limited to race, but also to sex and class. So Trump is also bigoted toward uneducated and lower-class White folks who support him. Trump's poor White supporters don’t mean a thing to him, they’re just a means to an end, and he’ll sell ‘em out in a Minnesota minute. Even as we speak he’s trying to use their kids for guinea pigs by opening up the schools to see how many of them die before he opens up the country as a whole.

For Trump, all this saving lives stuff can be a good thing, as long as you don't have to go broke to do it, but it’s costing him a fortune. Having his golf courses and hotels shut down is causing him to lose over a million dollars a day. In addition, the country has lost over 41 million jobs, and the economy that he inherited from President Obama - and he had planned to help him cruise into a second term and keep him out of prison - is now going down the drain. So Trump is in a panic, and he should be, because he has a very determined young Black woman waiting right outside the White House gate to take him to jail.

The sister’s name is Letitia James, and she’s the Attorney General for the state of New York. Ms. James walked through the door pledging to burn Donald Trump, and she’s filed one case against him every two weeks since she’s been in office.

So at this point, Trump may try anything to be re-elected, because he’s running scared. If he's thrown out of office, New York Attorney General Letitia James is gonna be waiting right outside the White House gate to lock his ass up. That sister means business, and she's already laid the groundwork.

Letitia is a sister on a mission. She’s the one who burned Trump and his family on the charity fraud. And as part of the settlement Trump was required to admit to several counts of wrongdoing, and was forced to pay $3.78 million in restitution and damages. She's also the reason he changed his permanent residence from New York to Florida, but that’s not gonna help him a bit. His base of operation when he was committing many of his crimes was New York, and unless he flees to Russia, she’s gonna burn him for every one of them that comes to light in her intensive investigations. Trump has even gone so far as to filed a lawsuit against Ms. James, personally, to try to get her off his ass, but she’s not the least bit fazed. So Trump is desperate.

Just to demonstrate how desperate, “Trump told governors during a teleconference recently that they should ‘seriously consider’ reopening their schools and CONFIRM his suggestion at the evening news conference, noting the virus doesn't impact young people as badly. . . “I think it would be a good thing. Because as you see coming in terms of what this vicious virus goes after, young people seem to do very well. Young people seem to do very well. So, I know that there are some governors that aren't necessarily ready to open up states, but they may be ready to open up school systems." In other words, he suggested, they didn't have to risk the entire state, just a few children. So there’s a reason for all of Trump’s craziness, like trying to get people to ingest Lysol and stick lightbulbs up their asses – he’s running scared.

Now, with regard to that murderous cop he said,  the news saddened him, and he is asking the FBI and Justice Department to investigate (He's taking credit for the investigation; bad news for the cop). He told reporters, a report is coming tomorrow, and the FBI said, a "robust criminal investigation into the circumstances surrounding the May 25, 2020 death of George Floyd", and then adds that the investigation is their top priority. So that cop’s gonna get hung-out to dry – but not because Trump gives a damn about the murder, but because it’s in Trump’s personal best interest.

So, again, due to Trump’s self-serving nature, that cop picked the worst time in the world to kill him a niggrah. He's forced Trump to have to deal with Letitia James, and that's bad news for everybody but Letitia. So under the current circumstances, if it’s left up to Trump, that cop's gonna get the firing squad, "good ole boy" or not.

Tookie was a very sensitive and intelligent brother. He started the Crips at Washington High School as a defense against bullies, and then it got out of hand. Others started perpetrating crimes in his name, and he was held responsible for the deeds of others. That put a target on his back and forced him to become violent just to survive. 
.
Tookie was an ambitious brother, but his reputation prevented him from pursuing the ambitions he held so passionately. The first time he came to the house I asked my wife was she crazy, inviting a vicious murderer to our house? I felt that she was placing our family in danger. But Val never saw him that way. Right up until her death, she saw him as the nice young man that became her friend at Washington High School, and as time went on and I began to recognize his intelligence, I began to see him in the same way - in fact, I started looking forward to seeing him so we could kick-back and talk.

After I became more comfortable with having him around, at first I saw him more like a project, because my major was psychology in school, but as I got to know him better, I began seeing him much like Val. So when he would come over to visit, we would sit in my den and just talk about life. When he would come by he would completely drop his bad-guy persona and just get real. I think he craved the opportunity to do that with someone, and since Val was 2 years older than he was, he saw her much like his older sister, and eventually, once he got to know me, he saw me as an extension of Val. I also think that Val brought him comfort, because she reminded of the days before his life became so complicated. He once told me that he would do anything to have the life I led - a wife, family, future, and not having to worry about getting his brains blown out at any moment. He said, "That's why I like coming around here, man,  because it gives me a chance to experience normalcy." And then he laughed and said - “and chow-down on Val’s enchiladas” (Val would make them for him every time he came by).

So Tookie wasn’t struttin’ around tryin’ to be Mr. Big Stuff.  He hated his life. I suggested that he leave the state, but he told me, “That wouldn’t do no good.  I have a target on my back all over the country, by people who don’t even know me. Man, I don’t know how this happened.”
.
The last time I saw him and Val together was at a party we gave. He came up missing so I went around the house looking for him. When I peeped in my son and daughter's bedroom, I saw him sitting in the glow of a red nightlight watching them sleep. He had tears in his eyes.  I didn't want to embarrass him, so I sent Val in, and the last time I saw them together she was hugging him, and he was weeping like a child.  When I covered his state-sponsored murder for the Los Angeles Sentinel, as I looked down into his coffin and upon his lifeless body, I thought about that moment, and it’s stayed with me ever since. They both died in 2005.

Tookie’s major crime wasn’t murder, per se - mere murder is routinely a part of the American ethic. Tookie’s major crime was allegedly committing murder in promotion of his own agenda, rather than the agenda of Haliburton and Exxon/Mobile.  We hand out medals for committing murder in their interest.

People like Bush, Cheney, and Donald Trump have turned the American military into nothing less than the Crips with a dental plan. The United States is the biggest exporter of murder, and the means to murder, in the world. Our entire economy is built upon it. Tookie merely took the American ethic - in which he’d been indoctrinated all of his life - and applied it to his own environment. As far as he was concerned, he was America, and everybody else that didn’t see things his way, was the USSR. 
.
No, I’m not trying to be an apologists for the murder and mayhem Tookie left in his wake, but I do want to put it in perspective.  Yes, Tookie killed people, but only people who were trying to kill him.  On the other hand, George W. Bush is responsible for the deaths of over a million innocent people in Iraq, and they built him a library.

Thus, the existence of the Tookies in the Black community is our fault, because we’re so busy watching BET, MTV, ESPN, partying and having a good time, that we're failing to educate our own young people in OUR own values. We're allowing them to take on the very values that were responsible for our enslavement - and I'm not speaking as a detached academic from an office atop Mt. Olympus, I'm speaking as a hood rat . . . just like my late friend, Tookie.

And I knew his pain.

I knew the pain of a child
That the cold, smirking
Eyes of society
Peered down upon;
Of being caught like
A doe in the headlights
Of unbridled hatred
For nothing more than
Just . . . being;

Under-acknowledged,
Under-appreciated,
And under-educated,
By a society
Intent on robbing me
Of the innocence
That is every child’s birthright.
And I know the churning, agonizing,
And unfocused anger
Of a youth
Who knows anger
Much too soon.

Because some the greatest minds
I’ve ever known
Held court while sitting
on empty milk crates
In the parking lot
Of ghetto liquor stores;
And at their feet I embraced
The love of knowledge,
And through their tutelage
Defined self-worth
In my own terms.

These were the "Eulipians"—
Writers, poets, musicians, painters,
And uncommon drunks—
Those shade-tree philosophers who
Contemplated the fungus
Between the toes of society;
Who danced with reckless abandon,
Unfettered by formal inhibition
Through the presumptuous
Speculation of the ages.

Yes, the Eulipians,
Who lived in county jails,
Cardboard boxes, alley ways,
And luxury apartments.
Seemingly insignificant
Here in Great Bruteland,
But of ultimate significance
In the eyes of God.

While these obscure intellectuals
Stood well outside the mainstream
Of academy,
I watched with astonished delight
As they sang, scat, blew, and scribed
Their various philosophies into the
Mainstream of human knowledge.

Tookie?
Oh Yeah,
I knew Tookie;

But I met the Eulipians,
Who, from their ragged podiums,
Put forth the proposition
That knowledge was free, thus,
Would transcend attempts to be
Contain through barriers of
Caste and privilege - and even,
Institutionalized murder -
Leaving man's innate thirst
For knowledge free to overwhelm
His lust for stupidity.

So,
Tookie,

Yes in deed, I did know Tookie;

But I choose a different tact.
While I refuse to lunge
Against your saber
In a glorious and defiant act,
Look into my eyes, my man -
I still got my brother’s back.

Like Trojan -
Leaving your silly asses,

Shocked and frozen.

Racists Convicted Trayvon Martin of Failing To Prove He Had a Right to Live

Zimmerman Supporters are insisting that anyone who points out racism as a component of the Zimmerman verdict is a race-baiter, while at the same time suggesting that we accept out of hand that because Trayvon was a young Black male, Zimmerman was justified in his assumption that he constituted a threat to the community. How is that not racism?
.
More evidence of a racist mind-set is the fact that most Zimmerman supporters are blindly accepting the murderer's version of events - a murderer, I might add, who has been caught in several inconsistencies, and refused to explain how he got to his gun under the scenario that he described. How do they justify that? 
.
If a guy is arrested for shooting someone in an alley, would they blindly accept the murderer’s word that the victim attacked him? If so, what's to prevent every murderer from claiming that he was being attacked? Thus, if every murderer was treated with the same level of deference that George Zimmerman was treated, the only way to convict anyone of murder would be with an independent eye witness (http://www.thestate.com/2013/07/10/2856356/sc-supreme-court-stops-murder.html).

We have no evidence whatsoever to suggest that Trayvon did any of the things that Zimmerman claimed. Yet, Zimmerman supporters are claiming that we have to prove Zimmerman guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Well, it had been proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Zimmerman initiated a chain of events that ended in the death of an innocent kid. Thus, the murder had been proven, so it was up to Zimmerman to prove that there were mitigating circumstances that made the murder of an unarmed child justified.
.
In addition, even if Trayvon did get into an altercation with Zimmerman, didn’t Trayvon have a right to defend himself against a man who 1). stalked him, 2). weighed 40 pounds more than he did, 3). unjustifiably approached him at night, 4). didn’t identify himself, and 5). didn’t have any visible sign of authority? All of those factors made Zimmerman’s claim of self-defense ridiculously flawed.
.
But in spite of all that, instead of holding Zimmerman accountable for his reckless behavior, they convicted Trayvon - who was guilty of nothing more criminal than going to the store - of not being able to prove he had a right to live. How is that not racism?
