TRUMP’S ACCOUNT IS OVERDRAWN AND HIS BILL’S PAST DUE

Beneath the Spin*Eric L. Wattree

EXCELLENCE IS THE KEY TO BLACK EQUALITY
.
TRUMP’S ACCOUNT IS OVERDRAWN AND HIS BILL’S PAST DUE

YOU SAID, $80 MILLION?
Well, Donnie, it’s been a long time coming, but it’s time to pay the piper. You’ve finally written a check that all your conniving bullshit can’t cover.

.
You thought you were so powerful that you could get away with anything. But the $80 million that the Ayatollah just put on your head has changed all that, because there’s nothing the United States government can do to protect you from that action. You and your family can never feel free to travel safely again. In fact, you can never feel safe, and free from fear, ever again. That’s a hell of a price to pay to try to look like Mr. Big Stuff.
.
By the way, I’ve noticed that Ivanka, Jared, and even Melania have been keeping a very low profile of late. That’s because they’ve seen the writing on the wall for months now, but you and the boys are a little on the slow side.

.
From now on you’re gonna have to take the 1St Marine Division with you just to visit Burger King, and you’re gonna have to have someone check your golf balls at Mar-a-Lago to make sure they don’t blow up your section of the county when you strike them.  In fact, as time goes on, who’s gonna want to place their life on the line just to come there and play golf with you in the first place, and who’s gonna want to wear the stigma of staying at a Trump-branded location? It might even be dangerous, so there goes your primary source of income. So while, this might be news to you, you’re in the process of becoming an international pariah. It’s the very worst nightmare of a man who craves attention.
.

Our allies already hate your guts. The President of the United States used to be the most honored participant of any gathering of our allies, but you were the summit joke at the G7, so you poked your bottom lip out and went home early. But now it’s gonna be dangerous for our allies to even pretend to like you. Who’s gonna want to stand on a public stage next to you? I know I damn sure wouldn’t. That could very easily get them blown into the next world, and you’re just not worth it.
.
And tell me, Donnie, what excuses are you gonna come up with to avoid traveling around the world to various official functions and events in the future? It’s already out there that you’re such a wimp that you avoid going into war zones. Now what are you gonna say about being afraid to leave the United States for fear of getting your brains blown out? That’s not a very macho image. So with all of the United States’ wealth, influence, and firepower, you’ve allowed yourself to be outmaneuvered by the Ayatollah through the simple use of intellect.
.
You’ve also been outmaneuvered because you’re a phony and a wimp, and everybody knows it, Donnie. While you may think you're impressive, ignorance, incompetence and cowardice just oozes from your every pore.  I came off the Streets of Los Angeles, so I know a wimp when I see one, and you’re the poster child of wimpism. You can always tell a wimp because they invariably try to act like they’re the baddest thing in town. But in the end, they always fall apart, because they’re so scary and insecure that they can't even pretend to be a real man - that’s why they try to go for bad in the first place. Their charade is a desperate attempt to compensate for their feelings of insecurity. They do things like exonerate war criminals to try to compensate for having been too cowardly to fight for the country themselves. That explains why your administration is so incompetent and is a revolving door - you're too insecure to tolerate real men with the ability to think around you, because they serve to remind you of your limitations.
.
So it’s gonna be very interesting – not to mention, entertaining – to watch your saga play itself out. Your supporters already know you’re a cowardly wimp, but your attempt to live-out a lie plays right into their agenda of masking their own cowardice, bigotry, and greed. Thus, you and your supporters are just alike, a collection of America’s most flawed individuals and hypocrites.
.

And finally, you better hope they have a “Former Presidential Suite” in the penitentiary, because if they don’t, Big Bubba may not tear you a new ass, but he’s gonna put your old one to damn good use.

AN OPEN LETTER TO ACTING PRESIDENT TRUMP

Beneath the Spin * Eric L. Wattree

AN OPEN LETTER TO ACTING PRESIDENT TRUMP

Dear Mr. Trump,
.
While you’ve made it clear over the past several months that you’re petty, ignorant, and insanely jealous of former President Barack Obama, how could you possibly be so incredibly stupid as to pull out of the Iran nuclear agreement!!!?  In just days you’re suppose to meet with the North Koreans to try to negotiate the exact same kind of agreement, yet in spite of opposition from all of our allies, and the U.N. Security Council, you announced with great fanfare that you were dishonoring the agreement with Iran. Now, tell me, Donald, what incentive do the North Koreans have for seriously entering into an agreement with a man, or a nation, who so casually demonstrated to the world that neither he, nor his nation, have any compunction against dishonoring such agreements? That’s got to be one of the dumbest acts in diplomatic history, but you never stopped to even consider that, because you govern by whim rather than intelligence.
.
But of course, there's always the possibility that the North Koreans may have read you - just like every other country in the world - and have come to the conclusion that you'd sign almost anything that you could go back and wave in Obama's face, even if it includes washing Kim Jong Un's draws (sic) once a week.  That's something that should be of great concern to the American people, because as we all know, with you, everything in life is about what's in the best interest of "The Donald."
.
At this point America, and the world, fully understand that you’re far less than an intellectual giant, but with this latest act you seem to have plunged the very depths of profound stupidity.  That’s the problem with you, Donald. You don’t think before you act, and you never stop to consider the possible impact that your actions may have on pending circumstances or to others around you. All you think about is catering to your own selfish whims, and when you combine that with your incredible narcissism, ignorance, and immaturity, that makes you a very dangerous man.

.
In the past President Obama has had the good sense and maturity to simply ignore your childish taunting and stupidity, but in this case he found it important enough to the American people to speak out. So please take the time to read the rationale of a REAL President:
.
"There are few issues more important to the security of the United States than the potential spread of nuclear weapons, or the potential for even more destructive war in the Middle East. That’s why the United States negotiated the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) in the first place.
.
"The reality is clear. The JCPOA is working – that is a view shared by our European allies, independent experts, and the current U.S. Secretary of Defense. The JCPOA is in America’s interest – it has significantly rolled back Iran’s nuclear program. And the JCPOA is a model for what diplomacy can accomplish – its inspections and verification regime is precisely what the United States should be working to put in place with North Korea. Indeed, at a time when we are all rooting for diplomacy with North Korea to succeed, walking away from the JCPOA risks losing a deal that accomplishes – with Iran – the very outcome that we are pursuing with the North Koreans.
.
"That is why today’s announcement is so misguided. Walking away from the JCPOA turns our back on America’s closest allies, and an agreement that our country’s leading diplomats, scientists, and intelligence professionals negotiated. In a democracy, there will always be changes in policies and priorities from one Administration to the next. But the consistent flouting of agreements that our country is a party to risks eroding America’s credibility, and puts us at odds with the world’s major powers.
.
"Debates in our country should be informed by facts, especially debates that have proven to be divisive. So it’s important to review several facts about the JCPOA.
.
"First, the JCPOA was not just an agreement between my Administration and the Iranian government. After years of building an international coalition that could impose crippling sanctions on Iran, we reached the JCPOA together with the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the European Union, Russia, China, and Iran. It is a multilateral arms control deal, unanimously endorsed by a United Nations Security Council Resolution.
.
"Second, the JCPOA has worked in rolling back Iran’s nuclear program. For decades, Iran had steadily advanced its nuclear program, approaching the point where they could rapidly produce enough fissile material to build a bomb. The JCPOA put a lid on that breakout capacity. Since the JCPOA was implemented, Iran has destroyed the core of a reactor that could have produced weapons-grade plutonium; removed two-thirds of its centrifuges (over 13,000) and placed them under international monitoring; and eliminated 97 percent of its stockpile of enriched uranium – the raw materials necessary for a bomb. So by any measure, the JCPOA has imposed strict limitations on Iran’s nuclear program and achieved real results.
.
"Third, the JCPOA does not rely on trust – it is rooted in the most far-reaching inspections and verification regime ever negotiated in an arms control deal. Iran’s nuclear facilities are strictly monitored. International monitors also have access to Iran’s entire nuclear supply chain, so that we can catch them if they cheat. Without the JCPOA, this monitoring and inspections regime would go away.
.
"Fourth, Iran is complying with the JCPOA. That was not simply the view of my Administration. The United States intelligence community has continued to find that Iran is meeting its responsibilities under the deal, and has reported as much to Congress. So have our closest allies, and the international agency responsible for verifying Iranian compliance – the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
.
"Fifth, the JCPOA does not expire. The prohibition on Iran ever obtaining a nuclear weapon is permanent. Some of the most important and intrusive inspections codified by the JCPOA are permanent. Even as some of the provisions in the JCPOA do become less strict with time, this won’t happen until ten, fifteen, twenty, or twenty-five years into the deal, so there is little reason to put those restrictions at risk today.
.
"Finally, the JCPOA was never intended to solve all of our problems with Iran. We were clear-eyed that Iran engages in destabilizing behavior – including support for terrorism, and threats toward Israel and its neighbors. But that’s precisely why it was so important that we prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon. Every aspect of Iranian behavior that is troubling is far more dangerous if their nuclear program is unconstrained. Our ability to confront Iran’s destabilizing behavior – and to sustain a unity of purpose with our allies – is strengthened with the JCPOA, and weakened without it.
.
"Because of these facts, I believe that the decision to put the JCPOA at risk without any Iranian violation of the deal is a serious mistake. Without the JCPOA, the United States could eventually be left with a losing choice between a nuclear-armed Iran or another war in the Middle East. We all know the dangers of Iran obtaining a nuclear weapon. It could embolden an already dangerous regime; threaten our friends with destruction; pose unacceptable dangers to America’s own security; and trigger an arms race in the world’s most dangerous region. If the constraints on Iran’s nuclear program under the JCPOA are lost, we could be hastening the day when we are faced with the choice between living with that threat, or going to war to prevent it.
.
"In a dangerous world, America must be able to rely in part on strong, principled diplomacy to secure our country. We have been safer in the years since we achieved the JCPOA, thanks in part to the work of our diplomats, many members of Congress, and our allies. Going forward, I hope that Americans continue to speak out in support of the kind of strong, principled, fact-based, and unifying leadership that can best secure our country and uphold our responsibilities around the globe."

.
In addition, one of America’s closest allies, President  Emmanuel  Macron of France - a man you were just holding hands with a few days ago - said the following:
.
If Trump decides to leave the nuclear deal with Iran, “That would mean opening Pandora’s box, it could mean war.” He then goes on to say, “My view – I don’t know what your president will decide – is that he will get rid of this deal on his own, for domestic reasons.” The key words in that statement is, “for domestic reasons.” So what he’s telling us is, if you place the world at risk by pulling out of the agreement with Iran, it won't have anything to do with the agreement itself, but in order to create a distraction from your problems here at home, and I completely agree.
.
Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller is rapidly closing in on you, and you know it, so you’ve been trying every tactic under the Sun to head off your day of reckoning. So it's become clear that you’re so recklessly self-serving that you’re fully prepared to bring the entire world to the brink of WWIII just to save your own mindless ass.  You don't care about America, or the world; all you care about is Donald Trump, and that's a horrible trait in anyone who's suppose to be a leader.
.
You’re not fooling anyone, Donald, other than a handful of clueless bigots who share your ignorance and mindless bigotry.  Every since you’ve been in office your character, or lack thereof, has been on full display. So it’s clear that there’s also another reason you pulled out of the Iran agreement - because it was negotiated by President Obama. For that reason you've ignored the objections of all of America’s allies, and you’re the only one who saw fit to pull out the Iran agreement, in spite of the fact that, considering your grade-school grasp of public policy, you’re undoubtedly the only one of all of our allies who doesn't understand the history of the agreement, the delicate balances that it was negotiated to maintain, or the possible consequences of the action that you’ve just taken.
.
So it seems to be clear to everybody but you that you don't understand the important nuances of the agreement that you've just walked away from. All the other leaders of the world know that you wouldn't be able to explain that agreement if Putin offered to build a Trump Tower in Red Square - and for free. You simply don't have the brain-power.  All you know is it was an Obama accomplishment, and you don't like that.  So again, due to your pettiness, and unjustifiably bloated ego, you’re willing to place every man, woman, and child on the planet in imminent danger of extinction just to try to undercut Obama's legacy, which you'll never be able to do.  So just this reckless pettiness alone, makes you without a doubt, the most severely flawed individual who's ever even visited the White House.
.
That makes the way you’re always trying to compare yourself to Barack Obama a joke - I know, it's hard for a person like you to admit to being inferior to a Black man, but reality is what it is. So in spite of your desperate craving to be loved and respected by the people, if this nation is fortunate enough to survive your tenure in the White House, you’re only going to be remembered as an ugly smudge on American history. But based on how you constantly strut around bragging about what a spectacular campaign you ran to win the presidency (even to the BOY SCOUTS!!!), and the childish delusion you nurtured about having had the largest inaugural in American history, you obviously see being elected President as the ultimate feather in your cap. But here's a dose of reality, donald: Wake up!  You're no president, and you didn’t win the presidency, Hillary Clinton lost it. You just happened to be the last guy standing in the wings.

.
So stop deluding yourself. While you have the title, you're not really considered a President by the vast majority of the American people.  Every time you're introduced as "President of the United States," it's done with a wink.  Even your own staff is disgusted by your gross incompetence - that's why the White House leaks like a sieve, and even as we speak, the rest of the government is trying desperately to work around you in order to help America to survive until we can manage to get rid of you. Just take a moment and look at a photo of your own wife when she can't avoid having to stand next to you. She looks like she can barely hold her lunch. That alone should tell you something. They all know that you're an unqualified incompetent who's merely keeping the seat warm until we can elect a real President.  So, Donald, you're essentially, an acting President.
.
And that's not just the opinion of the American people, but the world.
Doug Bandow, a senior fellow at the Cato Institute and a former special assistant to President Ronald Reagan, says the following about how the world now sees America under your tenure:
.
"Of 17 nations for which Pew Research Center has numbers for both 2016 and 2017, only three—Greece, Hungary, and Nigeria—saw a popular uptick for America. All the others were down, some dramatically: Australia (60 to 48), Canada (65 to 43), France (63 to 46), Germany (57 to 35), India (56 to 49), Italy (72 to 61), Japan (72 to 57), Kenya (63 to 54), Netherlands (65 to 37), Poland (74 to 73), South Africa (60 to 53), Spain (59 to 31), Sweden (69 to 45), and United Kingdom (61 to 50)." Thus, in short, in the eyes of the world, you're a disaster.
.

You're also fond of talking about how much you love our troops, but is it reciprocal? Dr. Daniel Barkhuff, former navy seal and president of Veterans For Responsible Leadership, and  William Burke general counsel for VFRL, and both 2001 graduates of the United States Naval Academy spoke of you in an article for the Baltimore Sun.  They said,
“The sitting president [Trump]. . .  makes small choices guided by self-interest, ego, impulse and immediate self-gratification. He could never do what we ask our U.S. Naval Academy graduates to do. He is a physical coward, a liar and no leader at all."
.
And with regard to a military parade, Retired Major General Paul Eaton penned what some have referred to as a "jaw-dropping" response. The general said the following:
.
MAJOR GENERAL PAUL EATON
“Donald Trump has continually shown himself to have authoritarian tendencies, and this is just another example, For someone who just declared it was ‘treasonous’ to not applaud him, and for someone who has, in the past, admired the tactics of everyone from Saddam Hussein to Vladimir Putin, it is clear that a military parade isn’t about saluting the military — it’s about making a display of the military saluting him.
.
“The military is not Donald Trump’s to use and abuse in this way.” The retired major general went on to say that the military would not be “reduced to stagecraft to prop up Donald Trump’s image.
.
“Unfortunately, we do not have a commander in chief, right now, as much as we have a banana republic strong man.”

.
So the fact is, Donald, your being awarded the presidency was the worst thing that could have ever happened to you. If you had never become president you might have been able to leave this world with the admiration and respect of a handful of people due to your wealth, but now that your incredible ignorance has been put on display for the entire world to see, you’re going to be looked upon throughout the coming history of humanity as the biggest international joke that the United States has ever produced - a carnival barker who stumbled upon an office that's far beyond your ability to handle. So this whole presidency thing has backfired on you severely.  It started out as just an ego-feeding publicity stunt that you didn't intend to actually win, but now that you have, all of your phony facade is coming out, including your ignorance and incompetence. So now you have to either shit or get off the pot, and since you're not qualified to shit, and Special Counsel Mueller is dragging out your gross criminality, you're in big trouble.
.

So please stop making a fool of yourself by struttin' around and trying to take yourself so seriously, because we, the American people, don't take you seriously at all. We see you as the most dangerous threat to our democracy since the Civil War, and a looming threat to the existence of mankind as a whole.  President Obama sized you up perfectly long before you entered office.  Notice how even the people at your own table were straining to keep from laughing . . . .

.
AND, DONALD,
EVEN AS BARACK TOOK THE TIME TO DRAG YOU THROUGH THE MUD,
THIS WAS THE VERY NIGHT THAT HE GOT OSAMA BIN LADEN.
YET, UNLIKE YOU, INSTEAD OF GLORIFYING HIMSELF,
HE DIDN'T SAY A WORD ABOUT IT.

UPDATE - 6/13/18
.
WHAT DID I TELL YOU?

.TRUMP’S PUBLIC MASTURBATION
.
Trump’s constant self-glorification is about to make me puke. Now he's running around bragging that his Korean Summit has made the world safe again. That so-called “SUMMIT” was nothing but a glorified photo op between two egomaniacs - but at least Kim Jong Un is a smart egomaniac. Kim got everything he wanted - international recognition and the promise to bring South Korean war games to an end.  But America didn’t get a damn thing. The only thing Kim Jong Un gave up was the promise to talk later. We could have gotten that over the phone and saved the gas money. When will Trump realize that no one takes him seriously and he’s making a goddamn fool of himself!!!? I don’t think he ever will, and that’s a sign of mental illness.
.
RUSSIANS SAY KIM JONG UN OUT-MANEUVERED DONALD “MASTER-NEGOTIATOR” TRUMP
.
They said, Trump's "exaggerated self-belief in his powers of negotiation" puts the US president "at risk of manipulation by his negotiating partners."

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ZIONISM AND RACISM - NOTHING

Beneath the Spin*Eric L. Wattree

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ZIONISM AND RACISM - NOTHING
THAT'S WHY TRUMP AND NETANYAHU GET ALONG SO WELL
.
The atrocities that the Israelis are currently committing against the Palestinian people is no less evil and unconscionable than what the Nazis committed against the Jews during WWII.  With that said, I’m about to engage in a discussion that I generally make it a point to avoid – discuss the collective nature of White folks.
.
The reason I make it a point to avoid this subject is because I don’t want to add to the disinformation disseminated by many Black racists (oh yes, racists come in Black too), and that is, that there is something more intrinsically evil in White people than there is in any other racial group. The tendency to be brutal and unjust is not race-based, it's all about greed and opportunity.  Clear evidence of that can be seen on the continent of Africa where Black people are committing some of the most brutal atrocities anywhere in the world against one another, and you also see it among other groups of people based on religion, greed, and politics, and we're now seeing it in Israel.
.
The fact is, as humans, just as intellect is distributed equally across our species, so is malevolence. We all have a tendency to be self-serving and corrupt given half a chance. The only difference between White people and any other group is that they have the power (for now, at least), thus the opportunity to reflect that side of their nature – and again, for anyone who wants to challenge my assertion in that regard, I invite you to witness the Black-on-Black mayhem that’s currently taking place on the continent of Africa, or take the police out of the Black, or White, communities of America and watch the level of enlightenment that prevails – it would be the survival of the fittest within a week.
.
So it seems that the common trait shared by all those who tend to be inhumane, brutal and corrupt is neither race, creed, nor color, as the state of Israel is currently making perfectly clear. What murderers, Nazis, and brutes all have in common is power, opportunity, and greed - and let there be no doubt about it, that’s the source of most of the turmoil in the Middle-East. The power, opportunity, and greed of Israel and the American military/industrial complex makes them no different than Hitler and his storm troopers.  But whenever anyone seeks to objectively examine the reality this issue they’re immediately met with hysterical charges of being either unpatriotic, anti-Semitic, or both. As a result, while everyone is aware of the problem, we tend to turn a blind eye to it.
.
But this is an issue that desperately needs to be addressed, because due to our failure to do so, American troops are dying, the United States Treasury is being looted, and the entire world is being placed at risk. So enough with all of the name-calling and accusations, Israel’s behavior needs to be scrutinized just like any other country in the world.
.
Pure, objective, and unadulterated truth is not nearly as complicated or elusive as we try to make it seem in this country. But since truth doesn’t lend itself to being Black, White, Jew, or Gentile, when the truth comes up less than a perfect fit to our carefully constructed comfort zone, we tend to beat, distort, and convolute it into a more comfortable fit. The entire rationale behind Zionism is a perfect example of that.
.
We do ourselves a gross injustice by failing to address Zionism in a straight forward manner, because no matter how you distort it, truth will always prevail in the end, and our attempt to elude truth is the source of most of our problems in this world. We all seek to distort the truth in a way that is most palatable to our special interest – and this problem is magnified by the fact that our writers, political pundits, and politicians have a natural tendency to seek applause and self-interest over truth. So if we’re indeed dependent on the truth to set us free, let us not doom ourselves to a life of death, carnage, and intellectual bondage by living a lie - and the truth is, regardless to what hardships the Jews have endured, that does not give them the right to rob others of their land.
.
Trying to live a lie has repercussions.  It leads to  poor and middle-class young people being wooed by slick government commercials to become cannon fodder in wars to sustain that lie. But take it from an old Marine, young people; it only leads to you giving up your life to accommodate the selfishness and greed of others. The government will woo you with the glamour of military life. They'll show you standing there proud and strong in your spotless uniform at home with all the girls looking at you with admiring eyes. But they won't show you the real picture - the picture that Trump, his father, and grandfather went out of their way to avoid. They won't show you lying in 110 degree heat in agony thousands of miles from home bleeding to death from the stub that used to be your leg, or looking at your foot in a bloody boot twenty-five yards away from where the rest of you lie dying. They’re being criminally remiss in not showing you that side of military life, and all in support of a lie.
.
Now, don’t get the impression that I’m a pacifist, or hate the military, however – I’m not. There IS a time when war is justified, but not to steal land from others based on a farce . You know it’s time to go to war when you’re prepared to see your own loved ones become its first casualty, but it’s abundantly clear that no one in our government has reached that point as yet. If they had, they’d be encouraging their kids to enlist.
.
Where is Liz Cheney, the Bush girls, or the Trumps? They can drive a truck. But no, not on your life – their idea of patriotism is cheering on the dying “little people” from the lobby of Mar-a-lago and exclusive tennis clubs, and demanding that everybody stand for a flag that none of them are willing to shed a drop of blood for - at this point, four generations of Trumps have avoided military service like the plague.  So be all that you can be, but don’t be a fool. You won’t be fighting for your country, you’ll be fighting for Exxon and Halliburton’s collusion with Israel to rob the people of the Middle East and gouge the American taxpayer.
.
The truth is, the dispute over Israel is nothing less than “The Manifest Destiny” being reenacted. When the Europeans came to America and began to strip the indigenous people of their land, they justified their unholy atrocities by declaring that it was "God’s will" that they settle and bring his word to this “uncivilized land”– it was their manifest destiny. So in true civilized, Christian fashion, they began to spread the Holy word of God through the hot muzzle of a Gatlin gun. It was a brutally unconscionable and gruesome event, but what could these good Christians do? After all, it was God’s will that they slaughter those “Godless savages.” That is the exact same scenario that's currently being played out in the Middle East today. It began with the “creation” of the state of Israel in 1948, and the campaign continues as I speak – but this time, it’s called Zionism, and just like with the Manifest Destiny, they've gone over there and stole the land of others, and then justified it by saying God gave it to them.
.
In 1882, while Jews were being massacred throughout Russia, Leo Pinsker, the founder of the Zionist movement, published a small booklet entitled “Auto-emancipation”. It pointed out that Jews would never find equality in Russia, so it was necessary for world Jewry to establish their own homeland. At first he didn’t care where it was located – in fact, the area encompassing Zaire, Africa was even considered. But later, Pinsker recognized that in order to get Jews to immigrate in numbers large enough to establish a homeland, he needed a location that would inspire the Jewish soul, and no location in the world would suit that purpose like Palestine, the land of Zion – “the land that God had promised the Jews.” The fact that there were indigenous people already living in Palestine never even crossed his mind.
.
The American Heritage Dictionary defines Zionism as follows: “Zionism: An organized movement of world Jewry that arose in Europe in the late 19th century with the aim of reconstituting a Jewish state in Palestine. Modern Zionism is concerned with the development and support of the state of Israel.”
.
Thus, Zionism, by definition and design, is a doctrine dedicated to the taking of Palestine – and on May 14, 1948, European Jews did just that. Between 1944 and 1948, due to their experience with the Nazi’s, Eastern European Jews wanted to get off the European continent by any means necessary, so various Zionist organizations created the Bariha (escape) Organization that helped close to 200,000 Jews to leave Europe and settle in Palestine. Prior to that time, in July of 1922, the League of Nations (the progenitor of the United Nations) gave Great Britain a mandate to protect the people of Palestine, but on November 29, 1947 when the U. N. General Assembly passed a resolution to partition off Palestine between the Arabs and Jews, Great Britain announced that it was terminating its mandate. The end of the British mandate was to go into effect on May 15, 1948, but on May 14, 1948 the Zionists declared the creation of Israel, a Jewish state.
.
But in order for the new State of Israel to have any legitimacy, it had to be recognized by the United States. The U.S. State Department was less than enthusiastic about creating a Jewish state in Palestine, but shortly after President Truman took office, European Zionist, Chaim Weizmann, convinced the president that it was only just that the survivors of the holocaust would be given their own homeland. Truman agreed, and recognized the State of Israel on May 14, 1948, and all hell’s been breaking loose ever since.
.
The Israeli-American alliance was a match made in Hell from the very outset – they didn’t even trust each other. One of the largest units in the CIA is dedicated to the prevention of Israeli spying on the United States, and one of the biggest spy scandals in U.S. history involved an Israeli spy name Jonathan Pollard, an American of Jewish descent, born in Galveston, Texas. But in spite of that, Israel receives more U.S. foreign aid than any other country in the world, and we’ve made them one of the most formidable military forces in the world. The reason for that?–oil.
.
Israel stands as an extension of the United States in the Middle East, within easy striking distance of Middle Eastern oil fields. So what we have in the Middle East is an unholy quid pro quo -The United States will help the Israelis steal Arab land, and the Israelis will help the United States steal the oil beneath the land.
.
So the Israeli claim that their slaughter of the Arab people is simply an attempt to defend themselves is nothing but a farce. Granted, when someone invades your home you do have a right to retaliate against them, but Europeans have about as much right to call Israel their home as I’d have of tearing off a part of China simply because I converted to Buddhism.
.
Far be it from me, however, to say who’s a Jew and who’s not, but I think we can all agree that European Jews are not the same Jews that were spoken of in the Bible. But, of course, you're not supposed to even whisper such sentiments here in America. To say that European Jews don’t belong in Israel, or to speak out on any atrocity that the State of Israel might commit, is considered anti- Semitic in this country. But even that’s a farce. There’s a big difference between being anti-Semitic and anti-Zionist. To be anti-Semitic is to be against a people, while being anti-Zionist is to be against a philosophy. After all, all Jews are not Zionist. But there’s another issue here as well. How can you be anti-Semitic towards Europeans? They aren’t even Semites.
.
The situation above describes exactly why we’re in Iraq and Afghanistan today. Thus, all of the killing in the Middle East is about European hubris, injustice, and greed. The entire justification for Europeans being in the Middle East at all, is based on a lie – and that includes Europeans by way of the United States.
.
How can you go into your neighbor’s home and kill his family, then call him the aggressor? And now they’re talking about invading Iran! It’s all about racism and greed. Think about it– as bad as the Germans and Russians treated the Jews over the years, you’d think the Jews would have been given part of one of those countries. If they’d done that, European Jews wouldn’t have even had to leave home. But White folks don’t play that – no matter how much they hate each other, or what kind of atrocities they've committed.  "Oh, hell no. Not our land!  Go over there and take some land from those heathens." But what's so ironic about it is, they're using their abuse during the holocaust to justify doing exactly the same thing to the Palestinians. But they seem to think that's different, and not nearly as horrific, because the Palestinians aren't White.

COMMENTS

JONATHAN SHUTMAN:

You and I are much in common. Different perspective here. If want to talk sometime, let's arrange a time. Was listening to McCoy's Peresina in car, WBGO Newark. Brought back memories, concert at UC Berkley, 1972. Common ground in the music, Israel is minimally complex as is/was Zionism
.
ERIC WATTREE:

Jonathan, this issue is not debatable. Zionism is bigotry - period. There's no justification for it, and there's nothing the least bit complex about it. Donald Trump wants a White homeland too.
.
JONATHAN SHUTMAN:

Will send an email. Historical rape and plunder? 1948, 1938, 1860, 1066? Jews have always been the scapegoats. Still reading your comments. Looking for Ottoman Empire, Crusades, Spanish Inquisition. We agree on much, but culpability and man's inhumanity to man is far reaching, as is pockets of decency and better within Israel.
.
ERIC WATTREE:

Jonathan, all of that what you're talking about doesn't justify bigotry. The world is sick to death of giving Israel a pass based on this bullshit whining. One hundred million Native Americans were slaughtered right here in RECENT history. So the only people that's listening to that nonsense you're spewing are other Zionists. Everybody else is sick to death of listening to it - including many Jews.
.
JONATHAN SHUTMAN:

Will write. Too much to address with few words.
.
ERIC WATTREE:

Jonathan, save your breath. You'll never be able to convince me that Jews have been treated so badly over the centuries that they should be allowed to take other people's land and get away with murder and bigotry. That's complete and utter bullshit, and my mind is not wired to tolerate bullshit. The rules of conduct should be the same for EVERYBODY, regardless to WHAT they've gone through in their history. They should just get over it, just like every other group in the world. God doesn't have any "chosen people."

Don’t Allow Yourselves to Be Bamboozled, America - Obama is One of This Nation’s Greatest Presidents

Beneath the Spin * Eric L. Wattree

Don’t Allow Yourselves to Be Bamboozled, America - Obama is One of This Nation’s Greatest Presidents
.
There are Many people in the country who are going to accuse me of being an Obama cheerleader for what I’m about to say, but I’m not. My definition of a cheerleader is an ideologue who defends the leader of his or her team whether they are right or wrong. That’s not me. As a non-ideological progressive, I’m against mindless ideologues of any and every stripe. I’m a cheerleader for truth and for justice towards all, and it is my position that if you follow truth in the pursuit of justice, that negates the need to be ideological, because truth has no ideology, and neither does justice - and the truth is, Barack Hussein Obama is proving to be one of the greatest presidents that this country has ever had.
.
A conservative might challenge my assertion by saying, "You admit to being a progressive. Isn't that an ideology in itself?" In response to such a challenge, I would assert that it is not. To be a progressive is to be cognizant of the fact that this country needs change, as oppose to "conserving" the dysfunction of the past, or the status quo. So to be a progressive is not an ideology; it's a simple recognition of reality.
.
But, of course, there are many ideologues who are going to scoff at that assertion, because they’ve been blinded by the fog of their own ideology. For the same reason, there are many people in this country who are DETERMINED that you NEVER find out the truth about Barack Obama - which again, is, he is one of our GREATEST presidents - in fact, possibly among the top three. But he won’t get the recognition that he deserves until he passes in to history and his administration can be assessed objectively, and free of politics, self-service, and emotion.
.
There are three reasons why Obama critics are desperately trying to obscure the significance of Obama’s accomplishments. First, his competence blows the theory of White superiority all to Hell; secondly, White bigots are afraid that Obama’s success will cause the nation to want to elect more Black presidents, senators and congresspersons; and finally, Black "bligots" see Obama’s very existence as a slap in the face to their personal status, and their delusions of grandeur.
.
As a result, Obama’s critics are trying to keep America focused on their criticisms whether than the President’s accomplishments, which are numerous. A small example of which are listed directly below (with a more extensive list as an attachment at the end of this discussion) - any one of which, alone, would have insured any president a favored place in history:
.
1). He averted a second global Great Depression with his stimulus initiative.

2). He Brought America back from the Bush Disaster.

3). He saved the American auto industry.

4). He brought Osama Bin Laden to justice.

5). He punished Wall Street and got the American Taxpayer reimbursed for the Wall St. Crash.

6). He’s brought affordable health care to millions of Americans.

7). He’s lower the national deficit to its lowest point in 60 years.

8). He averted a war with Syria and got them to destroy their chemical weapons.

9). He’s got Iran to allow nuclear weapons inspectors broader access to their nuclear facilities.

10). He’s accomplished all of this with the Republican Party fighting him tooth-n-nail every step of the way.
.
If George W. Bush and the Republicans had been as competent in handling 9/11 and the Iraqi war, it would have saved over a trillion dollars, a million Iraqi lives, and the lives of thousands of American troops who were either killed or wounded in the Iraqi atrocity.
.
Just imagine what Obama could have done - and still do - with a RESPONSIBLE Republican Party. Naturally, Obama haters are going to vehemently disagree with this assessment of President Obama, but when they do, simply ask them who was a greater president, and why? Then watch ‘em squirm.

Barack Hussein Obama Will Be Remembered As One of Our Greatest Presidents - Here Are the Facts

Beneath the Spin * Eric L. Wattree

Barack Hussein Obama Will Be Remembered As One of Our Greatest Presidents -
Here Are the Facts
.
I am sick to death of these so-call Black "intellectuals" spending so much time criticizing President Obama - not because I don’t feel that EVERY politician’s feet should be held to the fire, I do, but because most of the nonsense  they’re spewing is pure, unmitigated, ignorance. And what makes it worse is it’s either purposeful ignorance, or ignorance due to a lazy-mindedness that could be corrected with less than ten minutes of objective research.
.
The irony is, people like Tavis Smiley, Cornel West, the entire GOP, and a lot of other uninformed haters are severely criticizing the President, while Obama's is showing himself to be one the most fearsome warriors for the American people that this nation has ever had. That's why the GOP is trying to impeach Eric Holder, because he and Obama are killing their cronies on Wall Street for the abuse of the American people that led to the Great Recession.
.
Most American's have all but forgotten about the Wall Street debacle, at least in terms of recouping our losses. They’ve simply written it off as a loss, but not Obama. He's made Wall Street pay all of the bailout money back to the American taxpayer, with interest (Bailout Payment Tracker), reimburse customers, admit guilt (which leaves them open to private lawsuits), made them pay billions of dollars over and above what they stole, and THEN, he’s making them cooperate in their OWN criminal prosecution! These corporations may be "too big to fail," but if President Obama has his way, their managers won’t be too big to jail.
.
But at the same time, President Obama realizes that he's walking a tight rope. While he understands the importance of having Wall Street pay a price that they won't soon forget, he also understands the importance to the economy that while he's exacting that price, that it not be perceived as blind retribution or reckless political point gathering. So Obama is going about the business of admonishing Wall Street in his typically thoughtful and pragmatic manner. This is exactly how a president should conduct business, by defending the interests of the American people, but at the same time, thoughtfully enough to take all of the pros and cons into account so as to minimize the chances of unintended consequences.
.
But nobody's talking about that, and Obama doesn't believe in tootin' his own horn. The man is in Washington walking on water, while his critics are talking about him like a dog. But even as they criticize, he's quietly performing one miracle after another, and then casually walking away without saying a word. So if he has any shortcoming, that’s it - he obviously finds it prudent to pursue the nation’s interest without fanfare.  He fully recognizes the political realities that come with being the first Black President of the United States. Things have to be done just a little bit differently, by necessity - and bragging about his accomplishments is definitely one of those things.
.
A perfect example of that is, if the Republicans had captured or killed Osama Bin Laden, they'd still be bragging about it, and at this point, George W. Bush’s image would be near completion on Mt. Rushmore. Clear evidence of that is how the GOP was bragging about how valiantly they were killing innocent people in Iraq in response to 9-11 - Bush even showed up in a flight suit (presumably the one he ran away from when he was actually SUPPOSE to be in the military).  Every Republican in the country was running on it, but all they actually did was spent a trillion dollars with nothing to show for it - which was actually the plan. They purposely used 9-11 to start a senseless war, give Dick Cheney's old firm a huge no-bid contract, and passed a huge tax cut, to enrich their cronies, and intentionally ravaged America’s coffers so they could use that as a pretext to attack the social programs put in place by the New Deal, the GOP’s primary reason for being for over seventy years.
.
How do we know this?
.
We know this because after Bush and Cheney spent seven years, a trillion dollars, and were responsible for the death and/or maiming of thousands of American troops, Barack Obama came into office and casually took out Bin Laden with three helicopters and a handful of America's finest. He then simply announced Bin Laden's demise to the American people and walked away to address other issues just as casually as he accomplished it. Yet, we have Republicans running around claiming that he's the most incompetent president that we've ever had - and that's in spite of the fact that they, literally, had to hide Bush and Cheney for two election cycles.
.
So to his severe detriment, President Obama just doesn't like to toot his own horn, but he should - if for no other reason than to bench the demagogues. The American people should be lovin' this guy, and they could be of great assistance in helping him move the country forward. So by emphasizing his accomplishments he could not only shut down the Republicans, but he could also shut the mouths of these so-called Black intellectuals who are so busy bashing the most powerful symbol of Black competence in the world, that they’re providing cover for Republicans who are, literally, cutting America’s throat. How could these people not recognize that, and how can President Obama not recognize the value of shutting these people down? But I suppose he has his reasons, and in light of his track record, I'm not prone to second-guess him.
.
And again, take what he’s doing in response to the Wall Street scandal. While Obama is walking around smiling and being Mr. Nice Guy in public, Wall Street and the Republicans know who he REALLY is under that nice guy façade - Attila the Hun. While he's being criticized by uninformed idiots as being a tool of Wall Street, Obama has some of the biggest names on Wall Street in the woodshed bent over with their pants around their ankles. He's taking no prisoners - if you screwed the American people, you're going down - and some of the people going down were his biggest supporters, James "Jamie" Dimon, for example, the head of JPMorgan. I bet Cornel West couldn’t tell Jamie that Obama is "a black mascot of Wall Street oligarchs and a black puppet of corporate plutocrats." President Obama is, laterally, shaking that man’s world.

JPMORGAN AGREED TO PAY $13 BILLION, AND IN A FIRST, ADMIT GUILT
.
According to a CBS News report:
.
In the past, "The banks in all the SEC cases were allowed to neither admit nor deny wrongdoing - a practice that brought criticism of the agency from judges and investor advocates.
.
"But in a first for a major company, JPMorgan admitted in the agreement with the SEC over the $6 billion trading loss in its London operation that it failed in its oversight. The admission could leave the bank vulnerable to millions of dollars in lawsuits. JPMorgan also reached settlements over the trading loss with the Federal Reserve, the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and Britain's Financial Conduct Authority."
.
In response, the government in January 2012 set up a task force of federal and state law enforcement officials to pursue wrongdoing with regard to mortgage securities.
.
In September, JPMorgan agreed to pay $920 million and admit that it failed to oversee trading that led to a $6 billion loss last year in its London operation. That combined amount, in settlements with three U.S. and one British regulator, is one of the largest fines ever levied against a financial institution. In another case, the company agreed to pay a $100 million penalty and admitted that its traders acted "recklessly" with the London trades.
.
To sum up the pound of flesh that Obama is extracted from this one corporation (and one of his biggest supporters) for the abuses that it perpetrated against the American people, Obama has demanded the following:
.
1). Of the $13 billion, $9 billion is fines or penalties and $4 billion will go to consumer relief for struggling homeowners.
.
2). JPMorgan also agreed to provide cooperation in investigations against individuals within the company.
.
3). JPMorgan settled SEC charges in June 2011 by agreeing to pay $153.6 million and reached another such agreement for $296.9 million last November.
.
4). As part of the tentative agreement, JPMorgan dropped its demand for the Justice Department to take a "non-prosecution agreement" off the table, which means a criminal investigation of the bank's conduct being handled by federal prosecutors in Sacramento, Calif., continues.
.
"Mounting legal costs from government proceedings pushed JPMorgan to a rare loss in the third quarter, the first under Dimon's leadership. The bank reported Oct. 11 that it set aside $9.2 billion in the July-September quarter to cover a string of litigation stemming from the financial crisis and its "London Whale" trading debacle. JPMorgan said it has placed a total of $23 billion in reserve to cover potential legal costs."
.
And they’re not through paying yet, because in spite of this "settlement" the administration is STILL coming after them with MORE charges, including criminal. And again, in another first - the head of JPMorgan, James Dimon, was one of Obama's biggest supporters. So Obama has taken a "take no prisoners" approach - if you screwed the American people, you're going down, no matter who you are. That’s a new wrinkle in American politics (http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-201_162-57608321/jpmorgan-chase-justice-department-reach-tentative-$13-billion-deal-over-mortgage-backed-securities/).
.
And Obama’s accomplishments go far beyond simply punishing Wall Street. In addition to getting Osama Bin Laden - again, something that Bush spent a trillion dollars allegedly trying to do - Obama, literally, saved the world from slipping into another Great Depression. While the Republicans, and many Black Obama haters, have the audacity to ask "Where’s the jobs?," these people are conveniently failing to recall that under George W. Bush the nation was hemorrhaging 850,000 jobs PER MONTH. So compared to that, we’re experiencing a robust economy. Obama also saved the American auto industry, cut the deficit in half, and he’s providing health insurance to millions of Americans who couldn't previously obtain it.
.
In addition, he’s gotten Syria to give up their chemical weapons, and persuaded Iran to allow nuclear weapons inspectors inside the country. If George W. Bush had been as effective in Iraq as Obama has been in both Syria and Iran, he could have saved the nation a trillion dollars, and saved the lives of more than a million people.

.
With that said, I'm going to repeat myself here, because I feel obliged to ram the following point home. Compare President Obama's accomplishments above with the fact that Tavis Smiley and Cornel West, two of his most persistent and severe critics, traveled all across the country on a bus under the pretext of being so passionately concerned about poverty in America that they felt honor-bound to take a stand - but of course, that was BEFORE the election, and when they had books to sell. But now that the election is over, and they don't have any books to sell, they couldn't bring themselves to walk down the street from Tavis' office to support the Black Friday demonstrations taking place all across the country against Wal-Mart - Tavis' major sponsor, a member of ALEC, and the biggest abuser of the working class in America today.
.
And not only did they fail to attend ANY of the demonstrations taking place across the country against Wal-Mart, they didn't even issue a statement of support. All we've heard coming from the Smiley/West camp are crickets - and as everyone knows, that's extremely uncharacteristic of Cornel West, who's renowned for being willing to trade a kidney for a sound byte.

.
So I'd say that just about says it all about those two - Tavis Smiley and Cornel West are two of the biggest hypocrites that the Black community has ever suffered, and their constant denigration of the most powerful symbol of Black competence in the world is a slap in the face of the Black community, and nothing short of a distraction that allows cover for the GOP to more easily pursue their agenda of cutting America's throat.
.
Thus, contrary to the criticisms of the GOP, and the attempted character assassination of the president by a handful of self-serving, and/or clueless, Black "intellectuals," Barack Hussein Obama has already accomplished enough to be remembered by history as one of our greatest presidents.  So, he, the Black community, and his supporters, would be well served to begin to trumpet that fact, and tell the idiots, demagogues, and poverty pimps to go take a nap - and that has nothing to do with becoming an Obama cheerleader or lending blind support for everything that he does. It's about reflecting the facts, supporting our own best interests, and countering the brutal assault on Obama being staged by self-serving demagogues whose activities are lending comfort to those who have morphed into the domestic enemy of the United States.
