The Republican Party is dedicated to maintaining the status quo, and the status quo is a securely racist America – period. Anyone who tries to deny that glaring fact is either a liar or a fool, including the honorable bigot-hugger, Sen. Tim Scott.

The reason for that is clear - conservative philosophy is inconsistent with the logical and objective assessment of reality. That explains why Donald Trump’s entire presidency was based on a series of lies, and why so many conservatives have embraced the fantasies of “Q” and numerous other conspiracy theories. Conservatives have a tendency to bend reality to reflect what they want to believe. But many of their beliefs are so antithetical to truth that they’re forced to lie and make up ridiculous conspiracy theories to justify their claims.

While Trump claimed that there was election fraud in the 2020 election, he was unceremoniously kicked out of court over 60 (SIXTY!) times – and by judges that HE appointed. In addition, it was predicted that he was going to claim fraud if he lost months before the first vote was casted, and now that his former attorney, Sidney Powell, is being sued by Dominion Voting systems, Inc. for $1.3 billion for claiming they engaged in election fraud, she now claims in court that “reasonable people would not accept such statements as fact but view them only as claims that await testing by the courts through the adversary process.” In short, anyone who believed them had to be stupid.

Hamilton supported a lifetime appointment of the President (after being selected by congress, instead of the people). Can you just imagine that, Donald Trump FOR LIFE!!!? (Well, obviously, Donald Trump could, as clearly demonstrated by his blatant attempt to overthrow the government). But America dodged that bullet during the Federalist Convention that took place between May 14 and September 17, 1787.

Since most of the founding fathers came to America to escape the aristocratic class system in Europe, Hamilton’s desire to preserve the class system was resoundingly defeated in favor of an unfettered democracy, but that didn’t mean that the conservatives of Hamilton’s point of view would quietly go away. Instead, they became the conservative coalition, and lowered their profile as blatant aristocrats, but continued to pursue their agenda by using their wealth, power, and various other strategies to divide the people to achieve their agenda, and that’s what we see today. That accounts for why conservatives tend to be specialists in obstructionism and division, and why the American people ALWAYS suffer under conservative governance.

The word “conservative” by definition means dedicated to “conserving” past tradition. Thus, the Republican Party is dedicated to looking backwards in order to defend the traditions of the past. But human growth requires us to look forward. In fact, the very words "progressive" and “advancement” means to move forward. That clearly describes the glaring flaw in conservative philosophy. They're uncomfortable with change in a rapidly changing world - and they've become even more desperate to embrace the past in the current environment due to the changing demographic. Since White people are rapidly becoming the minority, majority rule no longer works for them, so White conservatives have now become the enemies of American democracy.

DONALD TRUMP AND JIM CROW’S DYING GASP
Conservatives have been in revolt mode ever since the election of Barack Obama. And Obama's success as President made the situation even worse. Trump's inability to measure up to President Obama made the situation intolerable for those who based their self-image on cultural superiority rather than personal accomplishment, because it contradicts the very foundation of White supremacy.

It was Donald Trump's inability to compete with Obama that led to "The Big Lie", the insurrection, the growing attacks on non-Whites throughout the nation, and the over 361 voter suppression laws proposed by Republicans in 47 states. It's a simple matter of radicalized conservatives lashing out in fear and desperation.

In the eyes of bigoted conservatives, Trump's inability to compete with Obama not only debunked their claim of White superiority, but constituted the ultimate assault on the nation’s White supremacist tradition - and the fact that Trump lost the 2020 election to the former subordinate of Barack Obama only served to poured salt in the wound.
